Part 7

The ending chapter-

I went to Mami's and papi's room to help them clean up. I walked through the door and there was literally stuff everywhere, Mami was having one of her moments papi was comforting her as I heard her mumble in what sounded like gibberish. I went over to ask her what was wrong and papi said "a child in the village asked her about the family and decided to go deep into it, the child kept asking her questions and know she's super stressed about it. I laughed and said "I got asked the same questions! Just by another kid!" Mami was still speaking random words but I hear her go on about the Madrigal history and like what could have been lies. I hugged her and said "don't worry Mami, I instead told them my life story" I said proudly. She stopped raining and said "now we know that kids going to get an "i" in there grade because of that." I helped them clean up there room, half of the rings there were soaked because of that little episode. I was quite disgusted by touching soaked stuff, it felt VERY weird. It was time for lunch so I went downstairs leaving Mami and Papi still cleaning.

I sat down and with tio Bruno as he said "now that it's all back to normal I can finally eat in peace knowing that no one is getting another prophecy. I said "you never knowwww" he got weirded out by that comment, a rat squeaked and crawled onto my sleeve "EEK-" I screamed. Tio bruno just sat there and said "if you danced with rats in that fire song may I add, you should be okay with one on you" I screamed again and said "GET IT OFF MEEE-" Tia Julieta stared at me while tio augustin just laughed. Bruno got up and picked up the rat while it squeaked, I was frozen in place by that disgusting moment. Tio bruno frowned and said "rats aren't sooo bad" Dolores walked in and added "mhm, rat telenovelas are really good!" Tio bruno nodded proudly and sat back down. Abuela walked in with mirabel, "hey camilo! I knitted you a doll if you wanted!" I said "uhhhhh- I guess yeah!" Mirabel laughed and sat down. I saw Luisa carry a flower pot into the room and sat down to eat. "We're gonna need some dirt for that." She said.

Dinner time was over and abuela dismissed us from the table. I walked past isabelas room overhearing her start to grow new cactuses. I knocked on her door and said "I dare you to throw that cactus at something!" She shouted back and said "watch me throw it at you!" I walked away quietly at that threat. I walked to my room seeing some of the family members enter there's as they waved to each other. I walked into my room and quickly changed into my pyjamas, I shifted into abuela and Isabela mocking them saying "ohhh- this candle is so importantttt, ohh this cactus is really cuteeee" he shifted into himself and said "haha, bet
That candle could be put out by a breeze of wind!" Mirabel left the doll on my bed for me too look at it. I looked at it and said "I-" I shifted into a town villager and said "it's the effort that counts." In a deep raspy voice. I laid down in bed and thought to myself "the last couple of days have been really hard..." I smiled and said out loud "but today was a really great day" I laid there shifting positions every now and then until I fell asleep listening to people talk overly loud in town.
