Part 2

The vision...

I walked into Bruno's tower thinking that would have been where it was, I walked up the stairs huffing and panting from all those steps. I reached the top and yelled "WHY- CURSE THE CASITA!" I took a breath as I walked across the new bridge we had built for Bruno. It wasn't very stable but it worked properly, I walked to the other side and heard a rat squeak. I said "hey!" The rat ran as I ran after it into Bruno's vision chamber, I took a breath and embraced how pretty it was after Bruno moved in. I looked at the poles around it, the beautiful design was so much to take in until I saw an outdated face. "They really have to fix that." I heard the rat squeak and I ran to a table at the side of the room, there was a vision tablet. I thought nothing of it and kept chasing the rat, at last I finally caught the rat in my hands. It squeaked in defeat as I heard Bruno open the door calling the rats name, he looked at me and said "you found it!" I handed him the rat and started heading outside.

I looked at the tablet and asked "what visions on there?" Tio Bruno looked at me as if he was panicked, he stuttered saying "a- uh- it's- it's nothing!" I didn't believe him so I walked towards it. Tio bruno tried to stop me but it felt as if I was obligated to look at it, I looked at it as my eyes widened. It was me.... All alone in the casita while it showed everyone walking away, he looked at me and said "you okay kid...?" Me and him looked at each other, I held tears in and said "you had another vision....." he walked over too take a look at it. "I told you....." I looked at it harder seeing Antonio, Dolores, isabela, Mirabel, Luisa and even my parents. My eyes and brain couldn't take it, tears filled my eyes as I wiped them frantically trying not to cry. He turned me towards him and hugged me, "I'm sorry kid... the future isn't my choice" Camilo started crying while Bruno pat his back. I looked at Bruno ready to start speaking and said "why? Why would it happen" he replied with "I don't know. That's all it had showed me...

I walked downstairs with tio bruno, we were both silent. I hear Tia Julieta call to the family saying "time for dinner!" Augustin walked as tio Bruno said "bee stings." I laughed a little and saw dad behind him just scolding him for accidentally hitting a beehive. I walked into the dining room and shifted into Julieta and said "I'll be having all the food!" They laughed as I shifted into myself. I sat down in the middle of dolores and dad we were all eating except for tio Bruno, mami asked him "why aren't you eating" I chuckled and said "I'm full! Ate some seconds for breakfast" Tia Julieta laughed and we resumed eating. I went upstairs to my room after eating and thought about the vision, there was a knock. I opened the door and saw tio Bruno outside, he said "if the future really changes, then telling them about that vision would be the bestie idea... it's your choice if you want" he closed the door walking to his tower. There I laid in bed wondering wether I should tell them or not.
