Once they go home mitsuri realizes she didn't even have anything for a baby, she gave the baby to obanai and then told him to take care of her so she can go get baby things
He was very confused, first, he got dragged out of the bed to a hospital to get a baby he didn't even ask for, then he has taken care of a baby...
