Today was the day George left to go home. He was coming back in 2 days, he just had to help him mother move out and pack his things, since he planned to stay with Dream for a while. Sapnap still had about a week left of his stay.
"2 days gogy..." Dream said, ruffling his hair and looking at George longingly. It was just two days, He would be fine. George would be back before he knew it.
George looked up at him giving him a sad sort of smile.
"Come on lovebirds, he's my friend too" Ever sense Sapnap saw them that morning, he wouldn't leave them be. Not much had happened in the past two days, they were excitingly planning a trip to universal studios for when George came back, to celebrate Sapnap last few days in Orlando.
The loudspeaker announced George flight was boarding, and as he turned to leave, he was embarrassed to admit a tear ran down his face. The flight was about 10 hours, but less that 30 minutes in George and Dream were already texting:
Dream: How's it going gogy?
George: Good, we are flying through a storm so I might lose connection.
Dream: Alright, talk to you soon?
His message wasn't sent. Sapnap saw the worry on his friend's face.
"It's fine Dream, he's gonna be fine. It's just 2 days." Less than ten minutes later, they still found their way wandering the airport, just for fun, then Dream got the call.
"Hey gogy! How was the-" Dream was cut off by a younger woman's voice, he guessed maybe 20ish?
"Sir, is this Dream (Last name)? You were on George's emergency contacts?"
Dream instantly grew worried and put it on speaker for Sapnap to hear
"Y-yes this is him, and whom I ask are you?" A moment of silence before she spoke.
"Sir, I'm an emergency dispatcher, George was involved in a plane crash, he is now located at a hospital in Orlando, I will send the information to this number." She said before abruptly hanging up.
Dream felt like he was going to pass out, his head was spinning, voices echoed around him, he heard the phone drop to the ground, he felt Sapnap catching him before he fell. Then everything was black.
