~Y/N POV~

Ben and I stared out of window into the distance looking at the isle while Lumiere was taking the wanted crown measurements. Soon me and Ben were about to be made king and queen of Auradon as i was sitting on the chair beside him waiting for my turn.

Then suddenly our father and mother walked through the doors, startling Lumiere but Me and Ben looked at them unfazed as if they hadn't barged in.

"How is it that both of our children are going to be crowned king and queen next month? They're just babies!" King Adam exclaimed.
" Their turning 16 dear" Queen Belle said calmly.
"Hey pops" Ben said greeting mother and father
"Hey dad, mum" i sighed now looking at our parents.
"16? That's far too young to be crowned king and queen. I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42." Dad complained.

Mum looked at him annoyed by the statement dad had said.

"Uh, you decided to marry me at 28" Mum retorted.
"Ah, It was either marrying you or the teapot" Dad laughed, as mum death stared him closely.

"Kidding" he said quickly, knowing your mother after he had said that she would've beat the hell out of him.
"Mum, Dad!" I said trying to gain back their attention.

Ben tried to move towards them but Lumiere stopped him since he was still taking his measurements.

"Me and y/n have made a decision on what we have decided to be our first official proclamation." Ben had started

They looked at us intently awaiting to hear the rest.

"We have decided to give the children on the isle of the lost be given a chance to come to live here in Auradon" I had finished to sentence for him knowing there will be a out burst.
Ben swiftly got a sentence of reason out " every time i look out to the island, I feel like we've abandoned them"

They both gasped as they looked at us giving us worrying look.

"The children of our sworn enemies, living among us?"                

Ben went froward walking towards him and i got up as well, looking behind me I could Lumiere had given up trying to measure Ben or he had finished.

"We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. Me and Ben have already chosen them." I said clearing my throat avoiding the tension.
"Have you?" Father questioned with a cold stare.
"I gave you a second chance." Mom had reasoned with dad only to calm him down a bit but not entirely.
"Who are their parents?"

Ben is preparing himself for the reaction while I watched him mentally preparing himself. To be honest i was a little nervous about their reaction as well.

"Cruella De Vil... Jafar... Evil Queen... and Maleficent." Ben had said while a gasp escaped both of our parent's lips. I was looking at Ben exchanging glances.
"MALEFICENT?! She's the worst villain in the land!" Dad screamed.
"Dad just hear us out!" I said
"I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes." He exclaimed.
"Dad, their children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life? Dad?" Ben pleaded.

He had sighed and stop to think a second, then he looked at us.

" i suppose the children are innocent" he sighed with a groan.
