The legendary Izuku

Ch 50

For Izuku the school day was like any other, long and  seemingly never ending. But just like any other school day it to would eventually come to an end. When it did Izuku waisted no time in hurrying to get out of there and get back home. As he was speeding walking towards the exit to the school a familiar voice called out to him.

???: Tarzan wait up!

Stopping in his tracks and turning to face the voice that was calling him, Izuku saw Mina running down the hallway to catch up to him. It didn't take his pink friend long to catch to him. When she did Izuku noted that Mina seemed out of breath, that is until she almost seemingly out of nowhere was completely fine.

Mina: so where ya goin?

Izuku was somewhat caught off guard by Mina instantly recovering her stamina but quickly got over it.

Izuku: oh uh I was just on my way home.

Mina: no you're not.

Izuku: uh what?

Mina: no instead you're going to come with me Tarzan. We're going to go and have fun again like we did before.

Izuku: we're going back to the arcade?

Mina: probably not this time. We'll try other stuff today.

Izuku: I don't know, I should really be getting home.

Mina: oh come on Tarzan just for a little bit? Come and have fun with me.

Mina then gave Izuku her best puppy dog eyes. While they didn't really work on Izuku he also didn't want to disappoint Mina. Out of everyone in his class Mina has been the one he spent time with the most, even though that isn't saying much really. She is in all honesty probably his closest friend. So letting out a defeated sigh Izuku agrees to go with Mina.
Next thing he knew Izuku was sitting at a table in a cafe with Mina across from him. Mina wanted to take Izuku to see a movie with her. But the movie didn't start for another hour so she decided it would be best for them to wait at the cafe across the street. As the two of them waited they ordered something to eat. Mina had a simple order while Izuku ordered quite a bit. While they waited for their orders the two began to talk.

Mina: you sure like to eat don't you?

Izuku: what can I say I get hungry.

Mina: I noticed that. At lunch you always have a mountain of food on your tray. I still don't see how one man can eat that much.

Izuku: what can I say, it come naturally.

As Izuku said that he scratched the back of his head and let out a chuckle. Seeing this Mina couldn't help but the let out a giggle herself. The two continued to talk to each other while waiting. Eventually the waitress brought them there orders. As she was setting them on the table Mina couldn't help but notice the way the waitress was looking at Izuku and as she left the waitress made sure to brush Izuku's arm with her hand.

Waitress: enjoy.

Mina didn't know why but she didn't like the way that the waitress acted with Izuku. In fact after the waitress did what she did Mina began to notice all the girls that were paying very close attention to Izuku. Again Mina didn't know why but she really didn't like it.

Mina mind: why am I getting so upset by this?

It didn't take them long to finish at the cafe before the two of them made there way over to the theater. As they were walking Mina spotted yet another girl who was eyeing Izuku. Unlike the other girls though this one actually began to make her way over to them or to Izuku to be more exact.

Mina mind: oh man she's coming over to talk to Izuku! What am I going to do?! Wait, what do I mean what am I going to do? I don't need to do anything. If Izuku and this girl want to talk then they can talk. It doesn't bother me at all. Right?

Obviously Mina did care about other girls talking to Izuku because as soon as the girl who was giving him eyes said hello Mina wrapped her arms around Izuku's arm.

Mina: sorry me and him don't have time to talk we're late for a movie. Come on honey let's go get are seats.

With that an embarrassed Mina began to drag a somewhat confused Izuku into the theater. A short time later Mina and Izuku found there seats as the movie started. The only problem was that Mina wasn't able to focus on the movie, instead she was thinking of something else.

Mina mind: why did I grab his arm? What was I thinking?!

No matter what Mina did she just couldn't stop thinking about Grabbing Izuku arm. This was beginning to frustrate her and because of that Mina slammed her hands done on the arm rest of the theater seat. When she did though her hand fell right onto Izuku's who also had his hand on the arm of the seat as well. Mina saw this and began to panic but before she could apologize Izuku leaned in close to her.

Izuku: are you ok?

Izuku's face was now so close to Mina's. There faces were now so close that Mina began to really get nervous and began to blush.

Mina: I'm fine.

Izuku: are you sure you're face is really red.

Mina: i-it's nothing.

Izuku: if you say so.

Izuku was about to lean back again but before he could Mina stopped him.

Mina: Izuku?

Izuku: what's up.

Mina: if I did something would you get mad?

Izuku: are you planning on attacking me because I'm fine with a friendly sparring match but if you're trying to hurt me yeah I'll probably get mad.

Mina: what? No....no it's nothing like that.

Mina then giggles a little bit at Izuku's lack of understanding what she meant.

Izuku: then what're you talking about?

Mina: this.

Mina then cupped the side of Izuku's face with one of her hand before leaning in and kissing him on the lips. The two continued the kiss for what Mina felt like a life time. Eventually the two separated.

Mina: that was nice......... d-did you like it?

Mina was nervous when she asked the question. Even though it hasn't been that long since she realized her feelings for Izuku (maybe just a couple minutes) she still was nervous about how he took the kiss. Mina was hoping that he liked it just as much as she did.

Izuku: I did like it, it tasted like the dessert you got.

Mina was a little disappointed in Izuku's response but she also couldn't help but like it to. It may not have been exactly what she wanted to hear but it was definitely an Izuku response. So she couldn't help but to laugh a little.
For the rest of the movie Mina held Izuku's hand. He didn't know why she was doing this but he didn't stop her ether and let it happen. When the movie ended the two began to leave but when they got outside they were greeted by a sight to behold (at least for Mina anyway). Beyond initial surprise Izuku was unfazed by it. Floating over the two of them as they left the theater was Shallot and Turles.

Izuku: hey you're still here!

Turles: not even the legendary super saiyan can kill me that easily.

Izuku: noted.

Izuku then turned his attention to Shallot.

Izuku: and what are you doing here?

Looking serious as always Shallot just starred at Izuku for a brief time before answering.

Shallot: we need to talk to you Izuku.

Izuku: about?

Shallot: averaging are people.
