The legendary Izuku

Ch 53

Quiet is all there was as the Saiyans rocketed through the vast reaches of space is Turles's ship. Each of the space ship's three passengers were to busy doing there own thing to talk to one another. Even Izuku, to Turles relief, was also being quiet as he was currently in the middle of meditating. Controlling his power is still his main goal, even if it keeps getting harder to accomplish.
Shallot was currently in the same room as Izuku but unlike his fellow Saiyan he wasn't meditating. Instead the young warrior was currently in the middle of doing push-ups. He had already reached over a thousand one arm push-ups and still showed no signs of stopping. Then once Shallot is done with that arm he'll switch to the other and start all over again.
The only one who wasn't in the room with the others was the owner of the ship himself. Turles was instead were he had been during this whole trip, in the command room. For someone like Turles who wanted power you would think that he would train every now and then but no. Turles, like most Saiyans, believed that the best and only way to gain power is through combat. However if Turles ever said that out loud he might've been called a hypocrite do to the whole tree of godly might incident.
So instead of training Turles sat alone with his thoughts. That is until a beeping noise broke him out of his thoughts. Turles looking over at one of the ships computers to see what the beeping was all about. When he saw what the computer was telling him the Saiyan couldn't help but smirk.

Turles: so the emperor finally decided to show his face.

Getting up from his seat Turles made his way to the others. Getting there he saw both Izuku and Shallot doing what they were doing and honestly didn't care interrupting them. So he did.

Turles: look alive you two!

Izuku, brought from his meditation, looked up at Turles giving him his full attention. Shallot on the other hand just spared the Saiyan a quick glance before going back to his workout. Between the two of them Izuku was the only one truly curious as to what Turles wanted.

Izuku: what is it?

Turles: I found him. Cooler. I found Cooler. And he's not to far from are current position.

Hearing this Izuku floated to his feet with a determined look on his face. Even Shallot, when hearing the news stopped what he was doing.

Shallot: well it's about time. We've been stuck on this ship for months now.

Turles: well maybe I could have found him faster if someone or rather someone's decided to help me look.

Shallot: I was busy.

Turles: busy, busy with what? We haven't left the ship once. What could you possibly be so busy with that you couldn't help?

Shallot: I was training.

Turles: training, right, I forgot. You know what training is a smart thing for you to do considering you're about to go up against Cooler and you're not even strong enough to give me a challenge.

At this Shallot shot to his feet. He then began marching straight towards Turles.

Shallot: if you doubt my strength I'll be more then happy to show it to you.

Shallot wasn't about to be spoken down to by Turles. Before he reached the space pirate though and before anything could happen, Izuku managed to get in between the two.

Izuku: listen I like a fight as much as the next guy, however even I don't think you two should have yours in a ship in space. It might be a bad idea.

Reluctantly Shallot listened to what Izuku had said and back away.

Shallot mind: he's right.......wow that's definitely something I'm not telling him.

Izuku seeing that Shallot was somewhat calming down turned his attention to Turles.

Izuku: soooooo where is he?

Turles so focused on Shallot was caught off guard by Izuku's question.

Turles: what?

Izuku: Cooler, where is he?

Turles: oh.....he's on this little out of the way planet. A place with few inhabitants.

Shallot: why's he there then?

Turles: the planet itself will likely fetch a high price for him, plus it's inhabitants are few and weak. Honestly I'm more surprised that the it hasn't already been taken before now. Although the fact that Cooler is there himself is weird.

Izuku: why's that?

Turles: because he never takes planet's himself. He always has his men do it for him.

Shallot: if that's the case then there is obviously some reason he's there. Maybe something he wants is there.

Turles: right, but what?

Izuku: does it really matter?

Both Turles and Shallot stop there think on what it is that Cooler wants. Then both of them turn and look at Izuku.

Izuku: I mean where here to fight him so why would it matter if he's after something specific. We can just stop him before he gets it.

Turles: unless he already has it.

Izuku: then we'll get it back from him.

Shallot: how are you so sure about this?

Izuku: I don't know.

Shallot couldn't help but roll his eyes at that answer. Then Turles spoke up.

Turles: he's an idiot but he's right. There's no point in worrying about what Cooler's after or weather or not he has it already.

Shallot: instead we focus on the fight at hand.

Turles: exactly.

Izuku: alright then let's get to that planet........ hm what planet is he on again?

Shallot: he didn't say.

Izuku looked a Shallot before immediately turning back to Turles.

Izuku: well, what's the planets name? Come on tell me.

Turles: you're a child you know that.

Izuku: how I'm I a child I'm already.........

Izuku stopped talking and began to count on his hands to remember how old he is. That's when Shallot spoke up.

Shallot: he's just going to keep at it so you might as well tell him.

Izuku: he's right I will.

Turles: (sigh) the locals call the planet Namek.
