I am currently heading to the Great Aunty Cook Off, of course my betas wanted to come but as you know they can't. Since I was in such a good mood, I decided to give them some delicious 2 year old Werther's Originals. I happily watched as they sucked on the candy.

Back when I was younger, we didn't have such luxuries. Me and my 12 sisters and 17 brothers had to take turns pooping in the big field located outside our house . We would be very lucky if we even had butter on our roti that day, the golden days.

I got a notification from my Whatsapp. I decided it was the Canadian side of the family and happily picked up to tell them about how dearly I wanted to come to Canada, when in reality, I thought to myself ¨Too much cold Ranu, and kids to much attitude and ungrateful, not worth it and I also need a parka. I was missing my yearly visits to Niagara falls and CN tower. I took such a pretty photo with my betas, but in reality it was a phone call from Puri Halwa Atta Ji.

 ¨Hello Hello Ji this is Ranus cell¨. I said in my thick Indian accent.

¨Ranu ji... On the trip to India, Canada side family plane crashed on their way to the cook off¨.

I was speechless but before I could say anything the message of poor connection popped up, it was my chance .
