I adjust my jacket before I leave for school, it's the first day of senior year, I walk of my house and Theo Raeken is stood there by his car.

"Morning" I smile giving him a kiss.

"Morning gorgeous" he says opting the passenger car door.

"What a gentleman" I chuckle taking a seat.

I guess you want the background information on me and Theo, we've been on on off for the last few years since we were around fourteen, he left beacon hills in fourth grade but returned as we were about to go into high school.

Everyone I've ever dated over the past few years has been on the times we've been broken up, he came back just after we all got back from Mexico and just before I left for France. But now he's back and he's staying here.

Me and Theo arrive at school, he parks his car and gets out, I notice Malia and stiles looking over at us confused, I mean stiles is very suspicious already of Theo and seeing me with him after him only being here for a few days, that they know of, is going to make him ask more questions.

We both wave at the two before we walk into the school holding hands.

Me, Kira and Lydia sit in AP biology when Scott comes and sits down on the seat by Kira, "Scott? Are you in the right class?" Kira asks.

"AP Biology?" Scott questions.

"Do you know what AP stands for?" I ask him.

"Advanced Placement?" Scott answers.

"Welcome to AP Biology" Mrs finch smiles, "Let's see who's awake. Can somebody tell me what plasmids are?"

"Circular, self-replicating DNA molecules often used in cloning proteins" Lydia answers.

"Nicely stated, Lydia" Mrs Finch says, "Now, can you tell me what vitamin is absorbed in the stomach via parietal cell production of a glycoprotein?" Lydia hesitates but doesn't answer, "B-12. Mr. McCall, did you know the answer?"

Scott flips through his book, "Um, no."

"It's a common test question" Mrs Finch states, "What's your number one college pick?"

"UC-Davis" Scott answers.

"Good choice" Mrs Finch states, "It's the best school on the West Coast for biological and physical sciences. You're in the right class if that's what you're hoping for. Who else thinks they're in the right class?" Everyone in the class raises their hands, "Good! Then you should all be prepared for the test tomorrow. Don't be so disappointed! This test is specifically to help you determine whether you should actually be in AP Biology. You have two weeks to drop. Tomorrow's test will just weed out the ones who shouldn't be there. And that could be any of you."

I stand with Theo in the boys locker room as we kiss, "I've gotten a few glares today" Theo tells me, "it must be part of being the new kid a pulling the prettiest girl in the state."

I smile kissing him more, "Riley" a familiar voice says. I pull away from Theo and see stiles and Scott stood there, Scott clearly looking unimpressed, "hey" I smile.

"I was skating in a neighbor's empty pool, trying to do a hand plant" Theo explains to us, "Nobody was home. I'm not that good of a skateboarder, but I guess I was feeling pretty determined, because I completely lost track of time. I didn't even realize that it was night until the yard lights came on. Like I said, I wasn't very good. On my last try, I went down and hit hard, really hard. I was sitting there at the bottom of the pool, and I realized something. I never heard the board come back down. It came at me fast. I barely had a chance to turn around before it bit me, right here" he points to the side of his stomach.
