I have no idea about acting and how they do all the work behind the camera, so I'm sorry if something doesn't match actual procedures.

NANI POV

It's been two days since Win and I handed over our contracts to Aof, and the very next day we were told to take classes from the scenic teacher separately from the cast, to create the couple's intimacy, as the first kiss will air during episode 4 or 5. When Aof said we'd be running out of time he wasn't kidding, really drastically changing the story of two characters so at the last minute tends to leave the entire production a little chaos.

Today we started our first class and Professor Pick soon created a simple dynamic.

Professor Pick: You will look at each other for 30 seconds and hug each other for 5 seconds. They will repeat this 5 times.

Did I say a simple dynamic? I take back what I said! The first 30 seconds and the first hug were easy, the second time I felt my face heat up a little and the hug was cute, the third time I just wanted to look away because shyness had attacked and I took advantage of the hug to hide my face in his shoulder, the fourth time I looked at him confidently because I'm an actor and that should be easy but when I hugged him I felt he hugged me a little tighter and I lost all the conviction I had created, the fifth and last time I looked trying to access something deep in Win's eyes and I felt I was submerged in that look, and this was one of the hardest hugs I gave, where 5 seconds went by in the blink of an eye and I just wanted more time there, but I remembered that this is just a dynamic and I separate from him even though my body is fighting my will.

Professor Pick: There, guys! Now tell me what are you feeling right now?

Win: I feel like I could hug him longer - he says looking at the floor as he stretches his arms as if trying to relax them.

Nani: I also feel that the 5 seconds interrupted a longer hug - I speak trying to understand the restlessness I feel inside me.

Professor Pick: Understandable. I made you create a comfort zone, a physical connection, with each other, and the end of the count time caused you to be pulled out of that zone. Kavin and M.J. are best friends and it's going to get them confused if what they feel for each other is the connection of friendship or something else. What will differentiate is what quenches that connection. Now what will satisfy you is a longer hug, but when they realize that just the longest hug is still not enough is where they will realize the existence of new feelings. The two of you can hug now.

I look at Win with some anxiety because I don't know if the right thing would be for me to hug him or wait for him to hug me, but seeing him reach out his hand to approach me makes me meet him halfway and we hug tightly, he hugs my shoulders as I hug his waist, I move my hands to the small of his back and he places his crossed fists on my hips. I don't know how long it took but when we parted we smiled at each other, understanding that something was satisfied and we were light and calm.

Professor Pick: In case you want to know, you hugged each other for 3 minutes - The professor laughs and I wonder if that's too long, but it's only 3 minutes, isn't it? - It's like you hugged during a song, but without the song - Okay, I get it, plenty of time for a hug.
