I was lazily scrolling through my phone when Lisa's newest Instagram post appeared on my screen.
She was smiling.
Not the usual playful grin she flashed whenever she took selfies. This smile was... softer. Warmer. The kind that reached her eyes without her even trying.
A smile meant for someone.

I guess the one who took that picture is her new conquest. That monkey is such a player.
I liked her post, and then after a few seconds my phone rang and displayed her name. Damn, it's listening time again.
"Hey Nini." Lisa said excitedly.
"What's up?" I asked.
"You've seen my post." She said the obvious.
"Yah, you look happy." I replied not interested.
"Yeah, Uhm, Nini. I have to tell you something." She said that suddenly made me nervous. "I guess it's different this time, Nini." She said.
"What do you mean, different?" I asked now, attentively.
"I feel different when I'm with this girl. It's like there are thousands of butterflies in my stomach when I see her smile. It's the first time that I felt it, Nini. I think I'm in love." She said that suddenly made me freeze.
"Are you sure about that?" I asked.
"Yes Nini, I'm really serious now." She said
"Wow, finally the great Lalisa Manoban is in love." I said with a chuckle, but why are my eyes suddenly full of tears? I wiped it immediately and tried to speak without a cracking voice. "I'm happy for you, Lili," I said.
"Thank you. You're the first person I told it to because you are my best friend, Nini. " She said that made me want to cry more.
"Damn you, o-of course, I'm your best friend." I said while suppressing my tears. "Who is she, by the way?" I asked.
"Niki, she's a junior." Lisa said that made my eyes widen. "We've hang out a few times already."
"So, when are you going to confess?" I asked.
"Tomorrow,Please wish me luck, Nini. " She said, chuckling.
"S-sure, good luck Lili." I said.
"Thanks Nini. I'll give you the news tomorrow. I have to go. Uhm Niki. She's calling me now. Bye. Love you always."
