Progress ✅

Went from the girl that would cry herself to sleep to the girl that barely sheds any tears.

Went from the girl who always felt like she had to look perfect in order to feel good, to the girl that just only cares about being comfortable.

Went from the girl that cared so desperately about other people's opinions to the girl that mostly cares about what she thinks of herself.

Went from the girl that used to hate herself in every way to the girl that thinks "hmm maybe I'm okay?". That's what I call progress. -J.S.
