*2 days later*

We had finally gotten back to my fathers house and a witch named Rowena was already waiting instead. It baffled me how many non-hunters these hunters were working with. "Hmm so you guys work with witches too?" I said being passive aggressive. "Ror-" Dean began to say but I cut him off, "No it's fine, just a little surprised that's all." I said, shrugging my shoulders. "Hi Dear. It's nice to meet you." Rowena said, kissing both of my cheeks. I gave her an awkward smile and said "Hi." She could probably sense whatever I was feeling at the moment, and that alone made me nervous. "Alright boys, I made hex bags. So no random demon attacks should happen any time soon. Rory, you need to keep one of these on you, at all times." She said, looking at me. I nodded my head and stuffed one in my pocket. "Rory, try to stay safe. Okay dear?" Rowena said, hugging me. "I'll try." I said smiling and hugging her back. "Why does she get hugs?" Dean said, whining. "Rory is like a sweet little baby. You- both on the other hand, will do anything to piss me off." She said then left.

"I think I found a case. It's in Kansas, 3 different women disappeared showed up in an abandoned warehouse. Then they just drop dead, no underlying issues, no injury marks." I began talking after researching for a few hours. "I mean, we've checked things out with a lot less evidence." Sam spoke. "Yeah I don't know." Dean said rubbing a hand through his hair. I knew it was because he still didn't trust me, which was getting really annoying. If I wanted him dead, I would've done it. But he was right, Bobby cared about these boys and I wouldn't want to do that to him. "Well then, let's go Sam." I said walking by Dean to up to my room. I stopped by him and bent down to whisper in his ear. "Don't worry, I won't crash Baby." I said slowly. He got quickly and I was smirking because I knew how much he cared about his car. He had his hands on my shoulders and just stared at him. I watched his eyes quickly move down to my lips, but in a split second they were at my eyes again. "Let's Go. CASS! Get your ass down here." Dean said angrily, walking away. He walked outside to his car. Cas appeared looking confused. "What's going on?" He asked. "We have a case, we could use your help." Sam said laughing. "Why are you laughing?" He asked Sam. "Rory flustered Dean." He said still laughing. "All I said was don't worry I won't crash Baby." I responded. "The look he gave you, had nothing to do with his car. I know that look and that wasn't it." Sam said. I just ignored Sam and walked up to my room to get dressed. I went back downstairs and got in my normal spot in the car. "Don't ever threaten Baby." Dean said staring at me in the windshield mirror. "No promises." I said smirking. Sam and Cas got in their respected seats and we started our drive to Kansas.

On the drive there, Sam had been reading up on the area. "There's no violent history at this town so I doubt it's an angry spirit nor anything pointing to vamp or shifter attacks. I think we should go straight to the warehouse and check it out." He said. Dean agreed, turned the music up, then sped down the road.

*After a couple hours* We arrived at the warehouse and there wasn't anything visible. I didn't see anything, but something felt off. Dean, Sam and me all walked into the warehouse to see that it was empty. "Check the window sill." Dean said to Sam. He walked over to one and rubbed his finger along the ledge and smelled his finger. "Sulfur." He said. "It's about time." I heard a voice say coming from behind a false wall. It was Azazel. He grabbed me and had a hand on my throat. "So, we finally meet after all these years." He said slithering his tongue in and out of his mouth. "Leave me alone." I said attempting to remove his hands. "Don't you want me alive." I said chuckling. If he choked me out, how would I continue whatever his plan has in store for me. He got close to my ear before speaking, but still choking me, "Don't be smart. I can easily revive you." He chuckled. Cas blasted the doors open and sent Azazel flying. Because he was holding me I went flying too. I landed on some glass that had cut my wrist but it should heal rather quickly. Dean ran over to me but he got blasted before he could get to me and he went though a window. "DEAN." I screamed. Cas sends a large blast towards Azazel and this one knocks him out for a longer period of time. I had lost more blood than I had realized because I felt myself fading off. Dean carries Rory to the car and she's in his lap. More than halfway through the drive, she begins waking up. "Dean?" I said. "Yeah Hey Rory. You alright?" He said brushing hair out of my face. I smiled up at him and said "Yeah I'm good. Are you okay?" I asked him. "I'm okay, you don't have to worry." He said. "I wasn't." I told him sitting up towards my own seat. "Sure." He said smiling. The rest of the ride was quiet. Inside Bobby's got a little loud. Dean is sitting on the couch, Rory sitting on the coffee table in front of it. "Here let me-" I said before putting my head on Dean's forehead to heal him. "I'm capable of self healing, I don't need some angel hybrid speeding up the process." He said sounding grumpy. "Some angel hybrid?" I said scoffing at him. "Yeah Cas understands the no touching, and healing me. It's creepy and quite frankly, you're the reason we went on that stupid hunt in the first place. It was a trap, you could've gotten all of us killed." He said as he started pacing around the room. "Are you sure it's a "Oh Cas understands" or is it a YOU DON'T TRUST US, because we're not human. You seem to have no problem working with what you would normally call the enemy." I yelled. "I trust Cas a hell of a lot more than I trust you. Cas hasn't almost gotten me killed and neither has Rowena. But YOU, only what? 2 weeks." He responded. "Guys, you need to calm down." Sam said trying to interject. I chuckled, "oh no Sam, don't try to diffuse the situation." I said to Sam, "but you. You should've killed me when you had the chance because right now I don't care if Azazel gets his hands on me." I said before storming up to my room. "YOU COULD DESTROY THE WORLD." I heard Dean scream. "YEAH A WORLD WITH YOU IN IT, PROBABLY SHOULD BE DESTROYED IN THE FIRST PLACE." I screamed back. I felt a little bad for fighting with Dean, but he wasn't making it any easier. I didn't hate him but I was pretty sure he hated me. Even with the jokey remarks he would do. He was probably just trying to diffuse the tension.

DEAN'S POV- "What the hell was that?" Cas asked me. "What do you mean, what was that? I told her the truth?" I argued. "No Dean. You just pissed off the most powerful being in the world that's not God. But since God is missing. SO YOU JUST PISSED OFF THE GOD EQUIVALENT." Sam interjected. "We've killed a lot of things, I'm pretty sure we could add a God equivalent to that list." I started coldly. "You are not killing Rory. I don't think you want to either, it's obvious you care about her." Cas said. "I don't care about her. She's just a job. Don't believe me. Ask Sammy what I said about her." I said. "Yeah so you ran to her because you knew something happened, EVEN while you, yourself were hurt still went to make sure she was okay. You HELD her in the backseat. You didn't even drive BABY. You brushed the hair out of her face, delicately like she was a little puppy. The way you spoke to her, asking if she was okay. I saw and heard ALL of it." Sam spoke. "Keep lying to yourself. Keep pushing the feelings away. But you can't lie to us. Because we can see the truth." Sam said. "Now I suggest going to try and apologize to the powerful being upstairs that could kill all of us with one snap. So that our world isn't destroyed. Just so you know, I don't think she meant what she said about destroying this world with you in it." Cas said softly.

I sighed hard and marched my way upstairs and knocked on her door. "Rory, can I come in?" I spoke but I didn't hear anything. I cracked the door open, slowly, revealing her in her bed. She had passed out in such a short amount of time, she must've been exhausted. I walked in and draped the covers that were halfway hanging over the bed over her instead. "I'm so sorry Rory." I said quietly. I knew she couldn't hear me but I felt that I needed to say it anyway. I went to my room, closing her door quietly so I didn't wake her. I had planned on talking to her first thing in the morning.
