CHAPTER 10

School was frustrating for Axela but she had no choice, Axela was on the verge of sleeping while she was in class. She has been sleeping late since the first day she came to her company because of work. Axela was so dedicated on planning her big reveal as the new owner of her family's company that she even forgot about the birthday of Gina.

That day Axela was on her way to the Gina and Gorge's house to apologize with her best friend.

Axela quickly rang the bell as she went out of her car. There the house maid opened the door for her.

"Is Gina home?" she asked the maid as she went in.

"Yes Miss. she's at her room "Axela then went to Gina's room door and knocked.

"Yes?" She was happy to hear the happy voice of her best friend.

Gina was surprised as she saw Axela who was at her door.

"What are you doing here?" Gina asked in a sarcastic tone. Axela came closer to her and hugged her tight.

"I'm sorry I was too busy about work but I can assure you I was about to come here I was just late" Axel said. Gina did not say a word so Axela let go of her she looked at Gina with an apologetic look Gina gave of a long sigh because of Axela's expression.

"Fine. Apology accepted I was not angry though I was just quite disappointed at you. You would never forget about my birthday right?" Gina said.

"Of course I won't. I'll make it up to you "Axel said.

"Really so can I be your coordinator for your birthday then?" Axela was quite dumbfounded because of Gina's request

"I already have a coordinator" Axela said.

"That's fine I'll help" Gina said

"Okay I'll tell Harry about it "Axela said, Gina gave of a gleeful smile.

"I'm super happy" Gina said and hugged Axela.

"Our long lost sweet Axela is slowly coming back" Gina said. It made Axela quite nervous for she was scared to bring back her old self. She was scared that people would take advantage again of her kindness

Axela was with Gina for the whole afternoon she wanted to make it up to her but Gina said she did not want to go out so they stayed and watched movies

Gina wanted Axela to stay and sleep there because it has been a long time since they had a sleep over but Axela had to go for she had and appointment to go to

"Promise me. You would let me help with the preparation of your birthday" Gina said while pouting her lips. Axela nodded

"Don't worry I already texted Harry about it maybe tomorrow he will need your help "Axela said. Because of it Gina's lips roused and gave of a large smile she hugged Axela and bid goodbye

As Axela arrived at the coffee place where she had an appointment with the co-owners of her bar

"Sorry for being late" Axela said as she arrived at the table where the co-owners were. A man and a woman both warring a semi- casual outfit stood up and greeted Axela.

"It's okay Miss. Tranita we have just arrived too "The woman who was Miss Jinela said

All three sat down and started their meeting. Jinela and Kit wanted to expand the bar that Axela own for the bar was one of the biggest investment Axela have she agreed with them but she had a rule only the main branch will cater 18 below other branches will have to accept only 18 above costumers

Axel went home exhausted and tired she throwed herself on to her bed. She looked at her side table there she saw a collage of picture. where she made it herself they did not have a full family picture so she edited a picture of her and her father and added the picture of her mother, sister and her nephew together with her grandparents.
