"Carmen Loomis, is that you?" A voice said from behind. She turned around to see who this mystery voice was coming from. Wes Hicks. He stood about 15 feet away from her and was staring happily, grinning.
"Wesley" she said back, sharing a smile with him. She ran over to him and jumped into his arms. "God, it feels like I haven't seen you in years". He said, rubbing her back and sighing. Carmen lifted her head to look at the face grinning above her. She laughed, but it came out as a sigh, and then he let go.
"Have you heard of Tara yet?" He asked Carmen, who looked confused at his question. She thought about it and shook her head. Her face was enough to know she had no idea. "She's in the hospital" he spat out, now that she looked at him, she realized his eyes were red. Her hand went to her mouth, grasping tightly. "What- what happened?" She croaked, her throat stiffened and her stomach tightened. She prepared herself for what he was about to say.
"She.. was attacked, she was stabbed multiple times and once through her hand." Carmen couldn't believe what she was hearing and her eyes stung. "Oh my god.. oh- oh my god". Her head couldn't wrap around the words, all she could think of was Sam. Sam, Sam, Sam. "Sam" she said, she didn't notice that she actually spoke it until Wes looked away and then back at her.
"Wes? What about Sam, where is she?" Carmen spat, needing to know now. "She left, last year, my guess is that she's going to return, as soon as she finds out about Tara". Carmen thought about it, but there wasn't much to think about, she knew about Sam's thoughts before Sam did. But Wes continued "so, I was just heading to the park to meet up with the others, what do you say..?"
Carmen looked at him, the thought had crossed her mind, all of them meeting up together, the 6 of them together again. "Yeah of course". And that was that, it was time to face the past.

They took Carmen's car, and as soon as they arrived. Carmen hesitated, but Wes was already half way across the field. So she grabbed her purse and ran to catch up with him. "So, is it to late to say I'm terrified to do this?" Wes laughed but didn't say anything, and walked ahead of her.
"Look who decided to show up, Wesley Hicks" that was Chad Meeks, Randy Meeks Nephew, Randy was killed in the second series of the woodsboro murders. By Mrs Loomis. Carmen's Mother. Carmen's stomach tightened. Then there was Mindy, Chads Sister. Randy's niece. Carmen thought they hated her. She was the daughter and sister of 2 serial killers. She hated herself more than they could ever hate her.
Next, Amber Freeman, Tara Carpenter's Best friend, they never left each others sides, until the incident had happened. Now Amber's face just looked emotionless and empty. There was so much sadness in her face, but not in her emotions, she showed nothing.
Liv Mckenzie, Carmen hadn't known her well, just that she was creepy and had a stomach tensing feeling into she was the new killer.
"Holy shit" she heard Chad whisper as the 2 of them approached the group. Amber looked up and Carmen noticed her eyes were redder than Wes'. "Well, how ironic for Miss Serial Killer to show up during the first attack." Amber said, grinning.
Carmen frowned, she wasn't expecting a warm welcome, but she also wasn't expecting that.
"Oh shut up Amber, we all know what you did last year, but you don't see us using it against you" Mindy looked irritated. The way she stared at Amber. Carmen started to wonder what happened between them."I heard about Tara" she muttered almost as low as a whisper. "We've all been waiting for the right time to go and visit" that was the first thing she heard Liv say.
"I'm gonna call Sam, I think if she finds out it should be by someone she knows" that was Wes, they all looked at him and nodded, including Carmen."I can't stand waiting" Carmen said, "I feel terrible knowing that she's there, alone". Everyone's head looked towards the floor, except one. Chad Meeks. "I'll go with you". He said, then he grabbed his jacket and walked towards her, she grinned and walked with him towards her car. She could feel the others stares, her back stung by them, but instead of looking back, she straightened her shoulders and continued to walk with passion.
