Meet Carmen Loomis, sister of Billy Loomis. She was born a year after the death of her brother, and at 6 months, her mother was dead. Nobody spoke a word of him nor her mother at home but they were the talk of the town. She knows what happened, but seeming as she doesn't know why they did what they did, she can't feel anger or sadness towards them.
The rest of the cast will be those from Scream5 and some from the previous movies.
