20.𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐𝘵 𝘖𝘶𝘵.

As the days pass, the bond between Taehyung and Jungkook was growing better, but there was enough distance the younger would keep. How could he not? After his realization, things were hard. The times when he wanted to hold Tae in his arms, make him smile, never leave his side even for a second, the feelings would grow making him fall deeper, the urges unstoppable.

Another day as usual, Taehyung came home along with Jungkook, Jeongguk's admission was yet to be cleared. The boy was acting weird and of course it didn't go unnoticed by Tae. Kook used to be cheerful and his talks were never ending throughout the day.

But these days, the brunet was just lost in his own world. Jungkook always slurps down his Banana milk cheerfully and would make sure to bring them everyday but today Tae couldn't believe the other had forgotten it.

When Tae offered the extra milk he carries for both the twins, another shocked hit when Kook said was in the mood to drink it. Throughout the whole ride, Jungkook didn't utter a single word, just the music echoing in the car with silence of words and thousands of thoughts running in the mind.

They had just returned home, ready to part ways when Taehyung quickly held Jungkook's wrist stopping him in place.

"What's the matter Tae? Do you want something? " Jungkook patted himself as he managed to speak without any stuttering, the grip around his wrist seemed to be getting hotter and hotter second by second.

"Jungkook, if something is bothering you, you know we are here, right? "

"Yes, of course I know. But Hyung, why are talking like this all of a sudden? "

"I just want to know if something is wrong.. I'm kinda worried about you. You've been so close yet so distant.." Taehyung uttered with a pout sadly almost melting Jungkook's heart. "Are you still angry about-"

"Nothing is wrong. Go! Gguk must be waiting for you. " The brunet calmly cut off Tae and passed his huge bunny grin. But Taehyung saw through it, the shiny doe eyes were full of numbness and sadness, the usual spark lost, the galaxies he used to see in them no where to be found.

Another few days later.

It's been a week since Jungkook's acting all weird. And it was not just affecting Taehyung deeply but also the family members were worried. The boy had suddenly grown to be a rare sight for his own family, always just locking himself in his room, eating few bites of food and leaving without a word, not talking much just staring in lost space.

This was mostly affecting Taehyung. The empty feeling in him was growing more and more, he would silently cry every night when Jeongguk fell asleep. Blaming himself for hurting the younger, Tae couldn't just forgive himself easily.

And there was someone else getting affected too, that person being Jeongguk. He had been noticing the change in his brother and boyfriend's personalities and behavior towards each other. The broken look Taekook shared pained Jeongguk's heart. He had enough and definitely wanted to do something for the sunshines of his life to shine brightly again.

Jeongguk had been keeping a close watch on the two, their each actions, interactions, change of emotions and almost everything. Suddenly everything started making sense to him but he was still unsure.

Today, Taehyung was going back to his house. He gathered his things quickly and soon left bidding the Jeon's farewell. He smiled seeing his boyfriend sitting on his bike ready to drove off. A small giggle left his mouth, both the brother's had different choice in vehicles. Jeongguk prefers Bikes while Jungkook likes Cars.

Jeongguk closed the door and stood near it, his gaze following Taehyung who was keeping his things all quietly, pretty unusual for the bubbly soul but Gguk had kinda gotten used to seeing this and honestly it was hurting him.
