After a while Scott and Kyle decided that Stiles was safe. The full moon was coming to an end and seemed to no longer be effecting Stiles.

Scott moved to unlock the chains from the wall but Stiles gave a somewhat guilty cough as he said "Um, no need to do that"

He opened his hands to reveal broken chains, he'd accidentally crushed them in his grip. He'd definitely gotten stronger like last time as well.

"I wasn't trying to get out, I just gripped them a bit too hard" Stiles said, looking a little sheepish.

"A bit?" Kyle replied sounding amused.

Scott looked impressed by his friends strength but then his expression soured as he thought what this meant "It took ages for Malia to find those chains. I hope it's not me looking for them next month"

Stiles gave a nervous laugh, a bit uncomfortable with his strength "Sorry"

It was odd to think how much changed so fast. He definitely did like it, it made him feel good and more secure yet it also made him uncomfortable.

Was it usual to be this strong as a werefox? Were there even any other werefox's in the world? Was this normal? Surely it wasn't?

The fact he still seemed to be different, even as a supernatural person, he hoped to relate to his friends more yet it felt like it pulled him further away from them?

Why was he different compared to them?

Why him?

Yet there was something that calmed him down, the familiarity he felt from Kyle, Maria and Kira, the tricksters in the group.

They made him feel like he wasn't alone.

He wasn't sure why the wolf side of him didn't made Scott and the rest of the pack feel closer, the only thing he could think of was that supernatural his fox instincts had more of an influence on him than the wolf.

Maybe that's why the wolf in his dreams was so angry and aggressive? If they really represented his two supernatural sides that is.

The thought that his fox side was more influential didn't scare him though as it would have in the past because of a certain fox that had completely changed his perspective.

Maybe that's why Kyle calmed him so much, his presence reassured him and made the panic and fear of who he was, what he was that blinded him on his first full moon seem not as scary.

If Kyle could continue to be good, despite his violent and chaotic nature then so could he.

Kyle's presence gave him hope.

His phone made an annoying beeping sound. He supposed he could no longer ignore it.

Kyle was holding it and gave it back to him once he saw Stiles was looking at it.

The first message made his heart warm.

Malia.

She had text him asking how he was feeling and apologising for not being there for him.

The other two where from Kira and Lydia.

Kira's was sweetly saying she hoped that he was feeling better and everything went better than the last full moon while Lydia was basically ordering him not to be a idiot and to be okay and if he wasn't okay by the end of the full moon she would slap him again.

Stiles chuckled at that.

His father on the other hand had sent him a barrage of texts asking how he was feeling and that he wished he was there with him which Stiles had told him he couldn't be there on his full moon.

There was a couple of miss calls as well.

Stiles let out a sigh, he hated how he was stressing his dad out. He decided to deal with it later on though, he could assure his Dad everything was fine once he got home.

Which he could only do once he figured himself out more.

He said a bit rushed and urgent "Kyle, you said your Dad might be able to help right? Can he do it like now? I don't want to leave this and it becomes a bigger thing until it becomes a ticking time bomb and explodes in my and everyone's else's faces like a lot of stuff this pack ends up dealing with does!"

Scott let out a sigh as he agreed, that did tend to happen.
