The words "husband" instantly caused Sophia's expression to change slightly. Her hand trembled and she knocked over the coffee cup.
"Ah, it's so hot ..." The woman cried out in pain.
Randy's heart tightened. He immediately pulled a few napkins and squatted down to wipe off the dripping coffee stains. He saw a red scratch on the woman's slender wrist.
"What's going on?" He asked in a gentle voice.
Sophia pulled her sleeve to cover the traces, and at the same time, she raised her eyes to look at Cathy.
Cathy sneered in her heart. She had already guessed what would happen next.
"You did it?" Sure enough, the next second, Randy turned around and questioned her.
"Sister Cathy didn't do it on purpose. She was too anxious when she left. She broke the vase and the fragments splashed onto me..." Sophia kindly explained on behalf of Cathy.
Randy's dark eyes were immediately filled with a sharp chill as he stared at Cathy.
Cathy knew that what he said next would not sound good, so she simply admitted, "Yes, it was me. How are you going to punish me now, how about I scratch a hole with my knife?"
She said mockingly. She happened to see a fruit knife on the coffee table beside her. Without hesitation, she took it over and rolled up her sleeves and stuck it into her snow-white arm.
Randy's eyes darkened as he hurriedly stood up and grabbed Cathy's wrist.
However, she attacked too quickly. The tip of the knife still cut through the stagnant skin, and blood oozed out. It winded down the snow-like skin, making it particularly eye-catching.
Cathy raised her eyes and stared at him with a mocking smile on her lips, "What? Do you think this cut is too light?"
Why else would he stop her?
Randy lowered his eyes and landed on her slightly pale face for a moment. Then, he turned around and threw Cathy's wrist. He coldly threw out four words from his thin lips: "Get out of here."
Scram. She's dying for it.
Cathy turned around and left, but she heard Randy behind her saying, "Stand in the courtyard, don't go out, don't come in."
That is, to have her face the wall in the garden.
It was much more sinister than cutting her.
Cathy clenched her fingers tightly and silently walked into the courtyard. She stood with her back facing them and her back was straight.
It was noon, and the sun was shining brightly, causing a sharp pain in one's skin.
Cathy stood there for more than ten minutes before her back was drenched in sweat.
Gritting his teeth, he held on for half an hour. The hot sun was blocked by dark clouds. A strong wind blew and the heavy rain fell. In the blink of an eye, Cathy was drenched in water.
Her slender body was dressed in wet clothes, standing alone in the heavy rain and strong winds, as if she could be blown away by the wind at any time.
In the villa, Randy stared at her back without saying a word.
Sophia was extremely proud in her heart, but she said kindly, "Since it's raining heavily, Sister Cathy will definitely catch a cold. Let's call her in."
Randy did not answer. Instead, he directly stood up and went upstairs to the study.
Sophia was stunned for a moment. Was he... agreeing? Why? Are you soft on this woman?
A hint of ruthlessness flashed through Sophia's eyes, but her words had already been spoken. She could not help but call a servant and call Cathy back.
Cathy was drenched in rain and blown by the wind, her lips turning green and purple, and she couldn't help but shiver.
Sophia did not sympathize with her at all. Instead, she said viciously, "Cathy, my leg hurts. Now come and beat my leg.
"The servant beside her couldn't help but plead for her, "Miss, how about letting Miss Cathy change her clothes?"
Sophia glared at her fiercely, "Do you dare to speak too much?"
The servant hurriedly lowered her head.
Cathy looked at the servant gratefully and endured the chill all over her body. She walked over and squatted down to rub Sophia's legs.
Sophia snorted and turned on the TV, letting Cathy wear wet clothes and rub her legs for two hours.
The wet clothes on his body were almost dried by the room temperature.
A click came from upstairs and Randy came out.
Sophia immediately softened her voice and told Cathy to go to the kitchen to make coffee.
Cathy stood up and left.
When she reached the kitchen, she held the edge of the sink and pressed her hot forehead.
She was first exposed to the sun and then caught in the rain. She had a high fever without any surprise.
After working for a while, Cathy finally brought out the brewed coffee.
In the living room, Sophia was leaning against Randy as they spoke intimately.
As Cathy approached and brought the coffee out of the tray, her eyes suddenly darkened, her legs went soft, and she poured it straight to the ground.
The coffee cup in her hand also fell on Sophia's leg.
"Cathy!"
Before she lost consciousness, she heard Randy shout angrily.
