AU EXPLANATION :- Rantaro and Kokichi in Ultra Despair Girls (Rantaro as Komaru and Kokichi as Toko, kokichis other personality will be named Kairi) 
Rantaro Pov 
I was carefully walking around the hospital and shooting down some monokumas I was making my way up to the roof 
*no sign of monokumas that's weird there are usually everywhere* I thought to myself
*KAPOW*
*what the..*
"BEHIND YOU!"
I turned around and I saw one of the robots running towards me
CLINK
Suddenly the robot went to bits and pieces 
"UGH I CAN'T HANDLE ANY OF THESE ANYMORE THEY ARE SO FUCKING ANNOYING"
"Umm.. who are you"
The boy with heterochromia eyes looked at me and pointed their weapon (scissors) at me 
"Hmp, the names Kairi Ouma Ultimate Serial killer"
My eyes were wide open 
THE KAIRI OUMA?!! WHAT THE HECK IS HE DONG HERE
"Are you gonna answer me or not?"
"Wh-wha?"
"Your name! dumbass"
"Oh my name is Rantaro Amami"
A-A-ACHOO! 
"What the..WHO ARE YOU!?"
"Hey relax I thought we already introduced each other"
"Well I don't remember that"
*seriously does this guy have some sort of memory lost or something?*
"Well then, I'll tell you my name again but dont forget ok?"
"Whatever"
"My name is Rantaro Amami, no need to tell me yours I already know it"
"Oh really what it is?"
"It's Kairi"
The guy looked at me with visible shock on his face
"What's wrong?"
"You said it wrong"
"Huh?"
"My name... You said it wrong"
"No I remember you telling me that your name is Kairi Ouma, your the ultimate serial killer"
The boy looked at me like he was giving me a death glare then started laughing
"AHAHAHA!!"
"What's so funny?"
"Oh nothing" He said as he was wiping away a fake tear
"My name is Kokichi Ouma the Ultimate Supreme Leader"
"... "
"What?"
"Oh nothing just got lost in thought that's all"
"Are you sure about that?"
"Yea.. "
