So yeah, the guy is Pramod and the picture he is picking is of Susheela.

He was caressing her baby bump...

Suddenly, he heard Avni crying, he wiped off his tears, kissed the pic and kept it aside. 

Pramod: Kya ho gya baccha?

He noticed her diaper was leaked. He changed it and kissed her nose, she smacked his forehead with her small hands. 

Pramod: You are getting naughty day by day, you know!

He rubbed his nose with hers and she giggled.

Pram: You like it? Your mumma also loved it.

He kissed her forehead, picked her up, made her sit on the kitched slab and heated milk for her...

Pramod: Now baby will drink milk and then we'll go to sleep. Okay?

He brought her bottle near her mouth. She shook her head. 

Pram: Baby drink it no!

She pouted. 

*Flashback*

Pramod: Chalo Sushi, drink milk and then jaldi so jaao! You shouldn't be awake till late while pregnancy.

Susheela pouted

Pramod kissed her pout.

Susheela: Nahi peena mujhe doodh.
