A BROKEN MIND

It was on a Monday evening, the neighborhood was a peaceful one, but people were complaining of hearing sounds coming from the sky and a bus arrived in front of a house and a boy come down. Then in a blink of an eye something just crashed into the house and the impact flung the boy in front of the house away and there was smoke everywhere and people rushed to pick the boy up and he looked up to see two people flying up and the boy saw what was once his house destroyed and his parents who were inside dead and as that crossed his mind he just fell to his knees and started crying and the memories started flooding his mind and his friends came to comfort him and the other adults told them to leave but he told them to leave him and he just stayed there with his friends.

AN HOUR AFTER

As they were sleeping on the ground a big bang woke them up and as they looked up a flash of light followed which almost blinded them after it passed, the boy woke his friends up to sleep in his neighbor's house and they walked up to the house and he knocked and the person opened door.

2 YEARS LATER

He is getting ready to go to an orphanage as the law did not allow his guardian to continue taking care him, as he was entering the car him and his step sister shared a hug and she then gave him a necklace that he would use to remember her, he then close the car door as they go to the orphanage.

WHILE ON THE ROAD

His foster father asked him "hey kiddo how are you feeling'', the boy "not really fine", the man "why" "I am not going to see my friends again and I am going to a new school, which is going to be weird for me, what if I get bullied, I don't want to leave you guys", the man "do not worry we'll always come to visit you okay?" the boy "alright", They continue driving their way to the orphanage.

After some hours on the road they finally arrive at the gate of the orphanage, the man then horns after some horning the gate then opens automatically and they drive inside and they park. The child then gets down from the car and the guy who carries the luggage asks the man to open the boot and he then carries the luggage and takes it inside then the child turns back to see the man still inside the car and walks over to the car and asks the man "why are you not coming down"

He replies " I can't, it's already hard enough for me to bring you here" and the man comes and gives him one last hug and tears start to come from the child's eye and the man enters the car and horns and the gate then opens as he drives off. The boy then enters the orphanage and he continues walking down the hallway till he sees a place where he's meant to sign in as he sees a woman who seems to be in her late 30's and as he gets there she asks him "hey there what is your name''.

The boy "my name is DOMINGA, what's yours", the woman "you can call me Jess" Dominga "okay''

Jess "how old are you'', Dominga "I am 17 years old'' jess "are you in university" Dominga "yep"

Jess "you are aware you are going to have to do university again" Dominga "why" Jess "different curriculum, anyways we will discuss this later, for now go and meet your new family" Dominga with a confused face "new family" Jess" yes your new family" she then points down the hallway to a room, he then carry's his luggage as he walks down to the room. He then arrives at the front of the room and opens the room and sees a bunch of guys on their respective beds, one of the boys who looked muscular asked with his deep voice "hey newbie, what's ya name?" Dominga "Dominga".

The boy starts laughing and asks "what kind of screwed up name is that, your parents don't ev-"he then looks at Dominga's facial expression which has changed so he stops another boy then interjects "why'd you stop let me help you, your parents are bad at naming, not even surprised you are here, they got tired of you am sure" Dominga "same reason your parents left you here".
