Its been a long time since you've ever been able to accept the emotion called love. And it happened with a boy you met during sophomore year. He, at the time was a junior, and was the hottest guy in school, Jason. Though you didn't start dating till your junior year. The relationship was more beautiful then a flower blooming and you'd never thought you fall in love nor this deeply.

As the school year slowly but surely passed you worried about what would happen since he was graduating thus year though you had one more to go you remember him saying something about going to college out of state. This made you think about how a long distance relationship would work. All you could think about were the cons.

After the school year ended you stopped worrying you knew he loved you and that's all that mattered. With him being away in another state you skyped him almost every night. And with that you were satisfied. You could bear being away form him and he always came to visit on holiday breaks.

One night you were just being curious and asked him a simple question. "How much do you love me Jason?" "From here." That's was all he said 'from here'. You had no idea what that meant but could interrogate any further as you had finals tomorrow and you needed rest. You bath said your 'goodnights' and 'I love you's ' and you feel asleep with your laptop still open.

You found out that after finals the same college Jason was going had accepted you as well into there arts program. You we ere so excite dyou couldnt wait to tell him the news and skyped him as soon as you got home. You then discussed a time on which this week was graduation and next week you would leave for college so he was going to pick you up from the airport afterwards.

As your walking across the stage to get your diploma you saw your parents and your friends and actually shed a few tears. You'd never thought you'd make it this far and now going to college with your best friend and the love of your life (same person) you were ecstatic.

The next week you were finally on the plane and so ready to get off it'd been about an hour but you were tired of sitting luckily it was about a 1hr 45min flight. You were so happy to see Jason again that you annoyed the passenger sitting next to you. You settled a little and read a book for the rest of the ride.

As you got off and finally turned your phone on again you saw a text from Jason.

J-hey I'm outside text me when your off the plane.

You replied yet no response. you didnt worry, maybe he was caught of guard or talking on the phone and didnt see it. You only started to worry after it had been 45 min and no reply. you called him this time and it went straight to voice mail. you started walking all over and finally You gave up and watched the news station that was playing.

Breaking News: Young Man hit by drunk driver while pulling up to the airport.

As soon as You heard that You started paying attention and almost screamed when You saw that face on the screen. Jason. Your only love was hit by a drunk driver and he didn't survive. You were shattered and you decided to go to call his parents to tell them. They were devastated and you delayed going to college. You caught the next flight back and helped them with the funeral.

About a month after everything you got a call from his parents asking if you could visit. You agree and head over. Apparently he was going to give you skmethien as he picked you up for me the airport. It was a small box with a note tied to it. The note read:

I'd explain this to you with my own voice but I don't think I could remember all this so here I am writing this down while I do. I've loved you since the first time you accidentally spilled that gross school-made smoothie all over me to the time I dropped almost all my moms china at that party we weren't supposed to have. From the time I messed up your play in drama to the time you kicked me in the shins for beating you at Sorry!. And I still love you even to this moment right now while I'm currently waiting to pick you up and see your beautiful face in person again.
I don't know why but I have a bad feeling today like something will happen to one of us either physically or emotionally but either way however this days ends just know I will forever and always love you.

By this point you were crying and you realized what he meant with his last few words. You carefully opened the box and found inside a promise ring. After that you wore it no matter what and even on your death bed your kids made sure you had it.

'I will love you forever and always' those are the last words you thought before you let to rejoin your love again.
