hello, all. welcome to yet another collection of my poetry. there's no chronology to this, so to the people trying to figure out my life entirely through each passing part, good luck. i do want to say though, i am beyond grateful for the gift i've been blessed with in the form of writing. writing has always been something i've been in love with, stemming back to cringe song lyrics from 5th grade but also amazing poetic pieces and creative essays i've written. without those introductory pieces and examples of my work though, i wouldn't be half the writer i am today. writing to me is my life. all of it gives me such an adrenaline rush while simultaneously calming and soothing the sometimes tumultuous storm that is my mind. my writing, it's always portrayed with every single piece of my heart and soul as i believe that words are worth a thousand meanings. a thousand meanings, to however many people, is motivation enough to write, to be able to convey something that has a chance of reaching out and touching people's hearts and minds. whether you, the reader, like this or not, know that i've strived so hard to be a good writer so that way you enjoy the bits of my heart and soul that you by chance might catch a glimpse of between these lines. and between these lines lies so much truth but also so much wonder, as i've spent countless hours pensively pondering what everything means. what life, emotions, and everything in between symbolize for me. there's so much more than skin deep to everything we see and everyone we meet. so these words that i present to you, whether portrayed more simply or with more complexity, showcase some part of me and my life. thus why i chose this title. so, without further ado, enjoy whatever comes next in this collection.
