She Loved to Dance.

I was never one for parties. I don't dance, it just never clicked.

"Well, I dance." She grabbed my hand dragged me into the center. "Just let it all be. Do what your heart wants, not your brain."

As soon as the music switched, her hands delicately sliced through the air. With her eyes closed she, looked like she was at peace.
She reminded me of a candle. Her hair floated around so lofty, as if it was a bright flame dancing at her pace. With every spin and every twirl, her smile grew. Then reached out her hand as if she was inviting me into her paradise. She wanted me to join her. She wanted the quiet, useless boy, to dance...

It was after the party... The white snowflakes fell as silent whispers. I laughed and spoke about how much fun I had, then I noticed that she stopped walking. I turned around to look at her. Her smile shined brightly even in night.

"Hikari... The truth is I fell in love with you."

"So did I." I responded.

Her eyes began to water as she reached into her jacket pocket.

"And that's the problem Hikari. I wasn't supposed to fall for you."

The reflection of the small pistol shined as the streetlight beamed over her.

"This can't continue."
