Chapter 10

Robin's HQ

Dick sits at the edge of the bed looking at his friends.

"Why are you guys here?" Asked Dick.
"We wanted to tell you something." Said Babs.

"Can't this wait till the morning?" Asked Dick.

"Actually... it kinda can." Said a Wally scratching his head. "Let's just crash here for the night."

"But we need to.." Began Zatanna.
"Want not need." Said Wally laying down on the Sofa.

"I'm with Wally. You can crash here and tell me in the morning."

"You just want to go back to sleep!" Said Zatanna with her hands on her hips.

"We all want to go to sleep. Well at least me now that I think about." Said Wally stretching his arms.

"Please let this be a dream." Dick muttered under his breathe as he pulled the covers over him.

"Wally we are not waiting till..." Barbara said with her arms cross to only notice Dick snoring.

"Fine." Said Babs. "Zatanna, you and I can sleep on the pull out bunk bed thing from the wall." Barbara pointed to the wall and the girls laid down.

"What about your Dad?" Asked Zatanna.
"What about him?"
"Won't he wonder where you are in the morning?"

"I'll text him and tell him I'm staying at a friend's house." Said Babs.

"Shush!" The girls see Wally giving them a glare as he tries to fall asleep.

11:34 am
The morning sun glows through the very small window cracks near the ceiling. Dick slowly wakes up to find his friends playing on their phones.

"Okay so this wasn't a Dream. Of course." Said Dick getting out of bed. He had no shirt on and just Black shorts. Zatanna froze for a second as she stared at Dick who went to put on a T-Shirt. Her eyes nearly made eye contact with Dick's as she quickly put her head down looking at her phone.

"Morning Rob." Said Wally.
"Morning, what the heck are you doing here exactly?" Asked Dick.

"Well you see, we got something to tell you." Said Barbara getting up. "Don't be alarm."

"Barbara you're scaring me." Said Dick. "Look I'm sorry I ate the ice cream sandwich out of the freezer at the cave!"

"That was you?!" Screamed Wally.
"No not that, it's involves you're past." Said Barbara.

"What are you talking about?" Asked Dick.

"Tony Zucco is alive and in Gotham." Said Zatanna. Barbara and Wally turn to look at Zatanna in shock for stating the reason they are there so quickly.

"What? If I let you tell him we would be here till Nightfall." Said Zatanna with we hip popped out and arms crossed.

"Not funny guys." Said Dick.
"He doesn't believe us, told you you should of brought proof." Said Wally.

"Dick look at this." Barbara grabs her phone to show A Digital Database from the Batcomputer and the file of Tony Zucco. Dick squints his eyes as he sees it was last opens and Edited 12 hours ago.

"No." Said Dick in shock.
"Sorry to tell you." Said Babs.

"Don't apologize, you are not the bad guy here. Bruce is." Dick walks over to his laptop and starts searching the Internet.

"Uhh dude what are you doing?" Asked Wally.

"I need to find Zucco. No way am I letting Bruce nab him." Said Dick.

"Slow down hot stuff.... I mean..... Dick. I'm sure Bruce will let you nab him." Said Zatanna.

"I've been lied to for Ten Years about my Family Killer being dead. My whole mission was to make sure Justice is sought, all a Lie."

"Don't say that Dick." Said Barbara. "Look how about we just sit down and..."

"Oh no, there is no way I'm not nabbing Zucco TONIGHT."
