The Bride of the Vampire King

Prologue

I STRUGGLED to break free from his grasp. His arm was tightly wrapped around my waist as he hoisted me onto his left shoulder. I punched his back with my fist, but it seemed to have no effect.

"Let me go!"

I shout as if my lungs could be out of my ribs. I struggled once again, but he tightly held me.

"You shut up young woman or I'll f*ck you!"

He's baritone manly voice make me froze. He rarely speak but once he does, he's words really meant what he have just say. I couldn't help but to shut and obey him, wala akong laban sa lalaking 'to at kung papairalin ko pa ang katigasan ng ulo ko, I must be in danger right now. Though I know I'm already in danger right now ngunit baka mas madaliin niya pa ang pagpapahirap saakin. I know what he can do, he's a ruthless monster after all.

Narinig ko ang malakas na pagbukas ng pinto, as I watched his long left leg kick open the door. I groaned as he roughly threw me onto the bed.  His dark amber eyes met mine, their gaze heavy with anger. He's clearly furious.

Nanumbalik sa isip ko ang ginawa niya kay Silver. He ruthlessly stab Silver at the chest and he even command to kill my boyfriend's companion.

My throat tightened, tears stinging my eyes. I fought to keep my chin up, not wanting that man to see how much I was hurt. My heart felt like it was breaking, but I wouldn't let him see me crumble. I wouldn't let him win! 

As I closed my eyes, my brothers' faces flashed in my mind, their pleas for help echoing in my ears. They'd taken my place, sacrificed themselves for me. It was all my fault. I'd been stubborn, made a terrible choice. But I wouldn't let that man control me. I wouldn't let him own me.

"What do you still want from me?" I swallowed hard, forcing my voice to stay firm.

He scanned me from head to toe, completely ignoring my question. His gaze lingered, a playful glint in his eye.  Disgust twisted my stomach. This pervert was really getting under my skin.

In the blink of an eye, he was on top of me.  I barely had time to react.  His grip on my chin was tight, his fingers digging into my jaw as he forced my head back. Nakipag labanan ako ng tingin sakanya. I won't give him the feeling of satisfaction. I won't beg my life either cry in front of him. I know what would be the possible outcomes if I agreed to marry him, he could make me his slave either a puppet and I won't let that happened. There's no other most important thing for him but the power and superiority, wala ka talagang maasahan sakanya, he is ruthless, evil and a monster.

"You don't have a right to hurt my brothers" matigas kong sabi. I greeted my teeth as I look at him.

He stared at me for a couple of second before the side of his lips rose up. "Darling, you're the one who started this mess and make it dilated, if you were just obey me no one will getting hurt" his voice is so soft, teasing and playful.

Inilapit niya ang kanyang mukha at kinagat ang labi ko. "A bad girl like you deserves a punishment" I groan in pain, mabilis akong lumayo sakanya but he harshly pulled my chin again at mas lalo pang inilapit sakanya. Ramdam ko ang malagkit na likidong dumaloy sa baba ko as the blood flow on it. He licked it and look at me playfully.

"Stop—let me go! You killed Silver, you hurt my brothers what's next?" Matapang na sabi ko sakanya. He's awra become darker, humigpit lalo ang pagkakahawak niya sa baba ko. I flincehd because it's hurt so bad, but I tried to be firm, I don't want this monster to feel satisfied that I'm in pain right now but then he loosen his grip and swift his gaze to the other side.

"I will decapitate does who wants to interfere."

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. "I wish you get lost, I hate you!" I shouted as if I'm getting out of breath.
