(n.) the fear of people and society

I don't go in public
I try to hide
Lock the door,
throw away the keys,
and just stay inside
Won't come out unless necessary,
I'm terrified,
of the people outside
because they all tell lies
If only you could see what goes on in their minds
They never really care who lives and who dies
The slightest amount of money can change their minds
They're so grotesque and entitled
I don't know how we'll survive
And yes,
I'm scared of humans
Even though I'm the same kind
If only you knew what goes on in my mind.
