The car ride seems to never end. My ear phones blast Frank Sinatra making me relaxed.

Kyson's head lays on my shoulders while mines leans against the glass. He's to young to be this stressed. I see how his eye brows turn into a frown, how his smile is almost non-existence. His laugh is almost another language for him.

I can't help but to pull him closer to me. He doesn't question it but instead wrap his arms around me.

The airport comes in view making me dread everything.

"Are you ready?" I ask Kyson when I pull my head phones out.

I get nothing but a nod.

"Alright kids, I need you to say close and be good. We have 45 minuets before we take off so no messing around." My mother gives us a little lecture while we get out of the car.

"Whatever you say mother." I roll my eyes while I help Kyson out of the car. I earn a sigh from Sam and a groan from Andrew.

"Don't use attitude please."  Sam says with a tired tone

"I didn't say anything-"

"Stop Brooklyn. Not right now." Andrew rubs his forehead while handing my my back pack and suit case.

"Whatever." I mutter under my breath making Kyson laugh a bit.

The walk to the entrance is filled with silence. Nothing but the sound of our shoes  against the concrete.

As we go through the whole security process, our time to leave was coming closer and closer. This is painful. Everything about this leaves a painful ache in my body.

We were pushed towards are plane because my mom doesn't want to be late even though they just started to board.

"Kyson you follow me alright?" He gives me a nod and grabs my hand.

As we stand in line my mom hands us are ticket. I glare at mine, for no reason. I feel a hatred towards a damn piece of paper.

A lady with bright lip stick comes in view asking for out tickets.

"Ticket please?" Her voice was sweeter than her looks gave off.

"Umm here you go." I hand her my ticket and Kysons before rushing past her.

"I didn't think they made lipstick that bright" I hear Kyson mumble under his breath making me laugh out loud.

I cover my mouth when a older lady looks behind her with a frown that turned in to a glare

"Teenagers."

The old lady says with a growl.

I roll my eyes and stay quiet.

As I walk down the plane, I grab a hold of Kysons hand. When we reach out seat, I let the boy have the window. when the seat belt sign goes up, I know this is for real.

"I cant believe we are actually doing this." Kyson whispers to me.

"Same here little guy."

The plane starts to move, and our journey begins
