A battle with Tartaros ended almost a year ago now and the guild went through some trouble. The day after everything finished and Igneel's death, Natsu left leaving behind just a letter.

It took some time for the members to realize someone was missing because of the chaos going on. Everyone was speechless when they discovered that one of the members just left like this, without official goodbye and without saying anything to anyone.

It was cruel.

When they realized that he's not coming back any time soon, many people started wondering in agony if the guild will be still the same, after everything that happened and the absence of one of the most cheerful and powerful people. After not so long from finding the letter Master decided it would be good to dismiss the guild, let everyone deal with their feelings and thoughts after the hard fight.

And that way everyone separated. All of them going their ways, some joining other guilds - even just temporarily to help with some stuff,  some went to work for the big guys that never liked them, and some decided to travel, to see more of their beautiful earth.

There was only one thing that didn't change, more specifically it were the marks. Even after so long they didn't vanish, leaving a hope that they all will be together again, under one roof

But among them all, there was Lucy that did neither of those things.

Month after the forced separation she started collecting every possible information about her friends that could lead her to them, with a will to start everything again. And after nine, long months she finally could start her plan to gather her friends.

First of them was Wendy and Carla.

The blue hired girl was hesitant about joining Lucy because she was scared that it'll be too different without Natsu there and, even if he left them, she stated that it wasn't fair to do this without him. Wendy just couldn't imagine Fairy Tail without the pink-haired man which she treated like an older brother she never had.

And Lucy knew she was right about it all, but the urge to have the guild back was even stronger than that.

She promised to the young girl that they will bring him back but for this she needs a help of the Windy girl. And somehow it was enough to make the younger girl giggle with tears in her eyes and finally accept the proposition from Lucy, with hope of finding her 'brother' growing inside.

Then the duo went on an adventure where they found more and more people as they convinced them to make a guild reunion. Sometimes it was surprisingly easy to make them join but other times it was much harder to do so. Finally, after a month and a half, they all meet again in Magnolia at the same exact place where their old guild once was.

Work on the construction of the new building began almost immediately.

It was really hard and tiring but at the same time it was fun, and so familiar that it was hard not to smile almost every second, they couldn't ask for more right now, as long as they were together again, so while they worked hard they also had a very good time in the company of familiar faces.

Over two months later, even if it felt like a blink of an eye for them, the new, beautiful and much larger building was standing hard on the ground and with that fact - party of celebration started with probably too much alcohol or shooting (but oddly with too little fighting) and it probably won't end anytime soon.

It was seven in the morning, the city was just waking up but Fairy Tail was already full of joy. The chaos and screams full of happiness coming from this building could be heard even several hundreds meters away.
