Who's the Enemy

#1 New Beginning

Ria's Voice: 

The last fight against Skullivar... A felt eternity had passed since then. He demanded a lot from all of us... Courage, strength, and most importantly, cohesion. But the Chosen One has succeeded in bringing the desired peace to the Triangle. And since the skeletons are gone, Zak and I also have more time for each other. I'm really happy not to have to spend the rest of my life alone here. He and his crew are family... albeit, a pretty crazy one, but always there when you need them. 

At some point, we will leave the Triangle and then Zak and I can embrace Dad again... At some point, it will be time...

On the Chaos 

The Chaos drifted slowly on the Sea of Beru and it ran relaxed. Caramba worked in the engine room, while Crogar and Clovis played with the marbles. Ria and Zak dozed and let the sun's rays shine on their faces. 

Z: "Oh, it's so beautifully peaceful. No Bones chasing us, no Skullivar trying to kill us... This is what life should be..." 

C: "You're taking all this lightly. I mean, it wasn't self-evident that Skullivar was defeated... you almost died in the fight." 

Z: "Nah, I had Calabrass, remember? Now he's gone, we've done it, and as you can see, I'm not dead." 

C(murmured): "You almost were..." 

R: "Do you know this is the first time since I found you that I could really relax again..." 

Z(grinning): "Oh, so that's my fault, now?" 

R: "I didn't say that-" 

Z: "But thought it-" 

Ria rolled her eyes playfully, while Zak looked at her with a cheeky grin. Ria grabbed her drink, sipped briefly and contorted her face. Zak raised his index finger. "Would you like a cold drink?" "Would you be so kind?" Zak touched the glass with his finger, and it was immediately freezing cold. His sister thankfully lifted the glass. "Always practical to have a running ice cube machine." Zak looked at Ria crookedly, and then started laughing. "Man! That was funny!" Zak just shook his head laughing. "Insanely funny, Ria, insanely funny." 

Ria leaned back and looked thoughtfully up into the sky. 

R: "What do we do when we don't have to protect anyone anymore?" 

Z: "We will find somewhere where we can let off steam." 

C: "Yes, a nice carnage would be great..." 

Z: "Man, Calabrass, you are such a spoil-sport... we've had enough carnage the last few weeks... just enjoy the peaceful silence..." 

Zak had just closed his eyes when a shrill cry tore him out of his light sleep. "ZAK!" Zak got up, annoyed. "So much for the peaceful silence, hm?" quoted Calabrass. "You really had to rub that under my nose now, didn't you?" Calabrass grinned. 

Zak bent over the railing and looked down to Cece, who was in the water. "What is it?" "Come here! Immediately!"
