Still relatively close, the participants raced through the outstanding rocks. Zara took the lead pretty quickly, followed by Zak. She turned around and grinned cheekily at Zak, then turned away and came up behind him. "What the hell?" Suddenly Calabrass screamed, "Zak! Watch out!" Zak turned around and gasped. In front of him, a huge rock protruded and he could barely dodge, but easily faltered. Zara seized the chance and finally left Zak behind. "I should have known! She is a clairvoyant! She saw it coming!" Zak shook his head and stepped on the gas.

The crew were still standing in port and watching the race on the monitor. When they saw the rock maneuver, Caramba quickly held his hands in front of his screen. "Where is the first base?" asked Cece. Ria looked at her map. "The first stage is in... Sino. It's really not going to be a walk in the park for him."

Zak soon caught up, and got closer and closer to the oldest of the Van-Rewio brothers, Jex, and Turo tapped him on the shoulder. "Uhhh... Jex?" "What is it?" asked Jex irritably. Turo pointed backwards. "We've got visitors." Jex turned backwards, and shook his head. "So, the little one is brave, that you have to give to him. But we are better." He pushed a lever and the rocket propulsion of their ship was launched. Zak had to avoid the ejected heat.

"Where to the thunder is this portal?" said Calabrass. Zak looked around as he maneuvered through the rocks. "I don't see anything yet, so we still have to hold out a little!"

Suddenly, he heard a running engine behind him. It was Carla Veloso who tried to overtake Zak, and she rammed into the plank a few times. "What are these tricks?" ranted Calabrass. "Strike back!" "Calabrass, she's a girl! I don't beat girls!" "She's also your competitor trying to get you out of the way!" "Okay, that's a better argument." Zak also rammed Carla, and sent sparks spraying. Carla fell back and went to ram again, but this time, Zak was smarter, and flew up so Carla hit the rock. "Great tactics, lad," praised Calabrass. "Thank you." "Don't get used to it."

Ria continued to watch the race tensely on the monitor. Suddenly, she discovered the portal to Sino. "You see, they made it to the portal right away!"

Zak also saw the portal in the corner of his eye. "Well, finally!" He went full throttle, but suddenly he stopped in the middle of the flight. "What are you doing?" "We forgot the flag!" Zak turned back, and spotted a small flag at a rocky peak.

After getting it, he passed the portal into Sino and immediately began to tremble. "Please don't let it be too far away!" "Don't be a wimp!" Calabrass replied. "You are a great moral supporter for me," murmured Zak, and he raced through the icebergs as it began to crash behind and above him.
