Jin's pride takes the worst out of him sometimes, so he goes three days straight trying not to think about it and avoiding Namjoon everywhere he goes. The sensation is eating him alive, and he knows that if he sees him around, he'll probably end up jumping him right then and there.
Namjoon, for his surprise, is nowhere to be seen. He doesn't hear him at night, not even walking around the room, so Jin is kind of confused. He doesn't ask anything, though, just in case.
That is until Tuesday night, when he's coming back from the library to spend as much time as possible out the dorms, and he sees Namjoon opening the door and sticking his head out. Their eyes lock and Jin wonders what he's doing. He swallows and tells himself that he can do it. He can have a normal conversation with Namjoon after what happened.
"Hey." Jin says, tentatively.
Namjoon looks kind of surprised. "Hey." He simply replies.
"Um... why are you standing there like that?" Jin asks him. He probably shouldn't have.
"My friend is coming to bring his dog to me for a few days" Namjoon answers, straightening his back and stepping one foot outside. "It's better if the guy who checks the halls doesn't see him arrive. He's the only one who doesn't like pets around here." He adds.
Jin snorts. "He's dumb, then."
"He really is." Namjoon also chuckles.
There are a few moments of silence between them and Jin hates to admit how much he doesn't like those. "Well, bye, then." He says, forcing a smile.
"Yeah. Have a great night, Jin." Namjoon replies before Jin shuts the door to his dorm.
When he's alone, he rests his back on the door and sighs audibly.
He's going to go mad if he doesn't get out of his chest what he's thinking. He doesn't even understand why it's affecting him so much, since he couldn't stand his presence not so long ago, but it felt so different on the last couple of days.
He will definitely explode if he doesn't tell Namjoon something, so he opens the door abruptly and steps outside.
And his heart skips a beat, because Namjoon's done the same at the same time. Now they're looking at each other without saying anything, breathing heavily.
"Just come here, for fuck's sake." Namjoon rolls his eyes, finally managing to say something and cut the tension between them.
Jin drops his bags and even his phone inside the room, shutting the door and almost jumping right in Namjoon's arms.
Namjoon catches him as Jin circles his arms around his neck and lifts him up in a swift movement, then enters his room and closes the door with his foot.
Jin doesn't even bother to say anything, he just kisses Namjoon deeply and the younger accepts it without any resistance. He feels his back being pushed up against the wall, with Namjoon pressing his body closer to Jin's as they make out and tug at each other's clothes, not yet taking them off.
"God, I missed you." Jin finally says out loud.
"Glad to know I wasn't the only one." Namjoon comments as he moves to Jin's neck. He licks from Jin's shoulder up to his ear, biting the earlobe when he reaches it.
"I shouldn't have said that was just a one-time thing." Jin says before Namjoon kisses his mouth again, sliding his tongue inside Jin's mouth and making him moan. Jin's hands roam all over Namjoon's hair, messing it up even more.
"I haven't stopped thinking about you." Namjoon says against his lips.
Jin bites Namjoon's bottom lip. "Me neither."
