9. Connection

Do you mind if I talk about myself? You don't have a choice. I might be saying too much, but it's lonely here. I enjoy talking to you even if you don't have the same emotions back. I will admit, I can be a bit selfish. Attempting to rewrite the world from the original fate it was given. But it is for the betterment of the human race, I do not wish for them to suffer a disappointing fate and die without playing an important role in at least one person's life, whether they are alive or not.

Subject A and B, randomly chosen from Earth, were the two who I decided to give a better life. Making use of the power that I had blessed myself with, I erased their memories and stripped them of a past, whether it was fortunate or not. I gave them an education and now observe like a scientist from Hell. My objective is to watch how they use their opportunity and their behavioral patterns (such as if they begin to realize what's beyond their own world). I hope they go on to do great things, like get a job they are happy with or find love.

But alas, I am not very good at managing my power. With experiments like these, it always comes with a risk. Both Subjects A and B unfortunately could not handle my plans and were each cursed. Subject A has nightmares that lead to too much information being shared between other worlds and their own, which may lead to my confidentiality being terminated. Subject B has received an uncontrollable and intense hatred to any organism in their world free of sin. Once they have seen this human, they will be filled with an overwhelming amount of anger and want to inflict violence on said organism. But, it's not often this is witnessed, since there aren't many who haven't sinned. Most angels have committed at least one sin in their life, whether it be in their first or second life.

So far, Subject A and B have been living fairly normal lives as humans in their teenage years. Subject A is less of a troublemaker than Subject B, as they have no knowledge of magic or powers and chose to focus on their school work. Subject B is involved with scandalous figures and seems to be a bit of a bully, which leads them to dangerous situations. Will I keep notes? Yes. But is there a possibility they may never see your oblivious eyes? Yes. My time may soon be up, but you still have so long to go. I wish to speak with you like this again soon.
