A young girl resembling cotton candy was said to roam a specific area of the human world named Whistle Avenue, an abandoned train station that seemed to be inactive for years. The station used to be famous back in the day for people going on the "Chocolate Train" to seek a better life when they didn't get one by moving to Earth, but it was really just a train for spirits to get on thinking that they were still alive.

She went nowhere else in the entire world than that station. Sometimes she'd wave her hand out in hopes of calling a train, but none ever came to her. People heard the story of the girl on Whistle Avenue and thought she was a ghost and had either been run over by a passing train as a way of suicide or by someone who was trying to kill her. Many myths and rumors have been spread about her, some even say she brings good fortune if you see her. The girl is identified as Suna, a young girl who loves eating sweets.

Her reasoning for roaming only that railroad was because a train never came by and she needed to get on one to explore more of the world. Suna believed it was the only way to explore, in a cool way too. She only had a specific destination in mind, it was a quiet place called Chocolate Town, mysterious from the rest of the world. Of course, it was the name that made her interested in going, but the town is actually just full of spirits who committed suicide that had been rejected from both Heaven and Hell and were given a life there to live in prosperity and peace after death. Even if the train she hoped for never came, little Suna would still be waiting for it to arrive with her hopes and wishes alive and high.
