Right after the Doctor came out of Y/n's room. George pushed the doctor away running inside Y/n's room.
Dream followed behind same with everyone else, whilst Callahan apologizes to the Doctor. The Doctor walked away with tears too in her eyes, holding papers in hand.
George who looked through Y/n's window saw his sister sleeping with white clean blankets over her.
Niki couldn't handle seeing her friend in this situation so she then looked away. Wilbur walked up to Niki and carefully put a hand behind her head and puller her close to his chest.
Tommy sat outside the door, crying alone gripping his blonde hair out of frustration.
"tommy!" a voice yelled.
He turn to the right hallway and saw Tubbo and Ranboo running towards him. He got up and immediately hugged his friends tightly.

Another Doctor then walks out of Y/n's room with paper on his hand. George then ran up to him panicking.
"George Davidson?" asked the Doctor. "Yes yes..." he responded to the Doctor.
"Ms. Y/n here had issues with her breathing because of the dark smoke she had inhaled, She might still be a bit drowsy since she had taken a pill meant for people with insomnia.
All in all she's in good condition at the moment. But keep her away from walking for a month since her left leg is heavily injured by the impact of the debris that fell on top of her." The Doctor states as he then hands you all the paper he had in his hands.
"How much will all of this cost... The surgery and-" Before George could finish, the Doctor stopped him halfway.
"Don't worry too much of the bill at the moment, worry for your sisters health for now. We can discuss the bill later" The Doctor patted Georges shoulder before walking away.
Dream wrapped his arm around Georges shoulder. "Don't worry about the bill."
"I'll help pay." said Niki who has Wilbur behind her. "We will help too" added Wil
Callahan then raised his hand with two credit cards in hand.
"Thank you all so much..." smiled George, who was able to let out a small giggle. George turned back to the window of Y/ns room, and watched his sister sleeps in peace.
