Maddy has had an eventful couple of days, at school she and Kat would do nothing but laugh at how pathetic Cassie looked. She had been dodging all of Travis' texts, her ex had shown up to her home unannounced further adding to the damage he and Cassie had already done. Nate had put a gun to Maddy's head, telling her how she would always belong to him and how they were like Hancock. In the shower, she lets the water run over her head trying to shake the memories of him on top of her with his hot ass breathe, then swiftly leaving her sobbing in bed having taken the Tiffany necklace he gifted her for 18th too.

After putting on her fit for the day, she gets ready to go to work.

"Mijaaaa, come down here quickly" Maddy rolls her eyes to the sound of her mom's droning. Her parents aren't ever really concerned with anything she has going on, it's always work and nothing else with them. And after a falling out, they hadn't been on the best terms for a while now.

Slipping on her Louis sandals and grabbing her phone, she rushes downstairs to check on what her mom needs. Pointing to the living room her mom exclaims "Maddy, this handsome young man is here to see you"

Maddy is nervous as she walks into the living room fearing the worst, thankfully it was just Travis. She rolls her eyes and walks out "Ma I'm going to work"

So, not only did she neglect her budding relationship with Travis because of the whole Nate situation, but she was also sent a less than pleasing photo.

Maddy had just gotten back from Samantha's house ( who she baby-sitted for) and not even being able to settle down she received a text. Hoping it was from Travis who had been texting her non-stop for the past 3 days in which she had just ignored each one Maddy was wrong, it was however a picture from a random number in invisible ink of Travis with some other girl looking intimate. She couldn't find one thing to hate about the girl, but Maddy isn't a hater she'll give credit where it's due and this girl was beautiful.

Maddy scoffs putting her phone down on the charger. She couldn't lie Travis got her good, knowing damn well she isn't the type to get played but oh well. Now Maddy felt she could forget about wanting anything to do with Travis. It's not like she liked him anyway, right? Right?

She could hear Travis' footsteps trailing close behind as she heads out the door.

"Maddy!" His voice rings out, she internally groans.

Maddy gets to her car "Can we talk for a minute? Please?"

"You have 60 seconds" She turns around facing him.

"Wassup shawty? You been dodging me, you okay?" Concern displayed all over his face.

"Why should you care? Don't you got a girlfriend you should be worried about?" Her eyes roll ever so harshly. She turns back around getting into her car.

"Ayo, shawty what the fuck are you talking about?" Travis shouts, Maddy does something on her phone real quick, then shuts the car door and rolls her window down.

"I'm about to be late but good luck with your shawty" Maddy throws up the bird, rolls up her window, and drives away.

He had the audacity to take Maddy out and make advances on Maddy knowing he had a girlfriend waiting on him at home. She's many things but she could never be a Cassie, that thought crossing her mind made her gag. One day, she will drag that hoe from A to Z, but that is neither here nor there. There could be an explanation for that picture though, but Maddy was too annoyed to even consider that at the moment. Maybe later she would ask him about it, just maybe.

Travis hears a ding from his phone shortly after she speeds away.

In the message he receives from Maddy is a photo of him and his ex, Raena. Immediately, sadness washes over him, Travis had tried his hardest to suppress any old memories of her that he had. It was too painful to even look at this photo, all he could remember was how happy they used to be before she was taken away from him so abruptly. He had to figure out a way how to get Maddy to hear him out, Raena and Travis are a thing of the past. Or so his mind would like to think as he reminisces about that moment that changed his life forever.
