"My body attracts predators. I like shinies, my hair is large and curls, my tail is bright, and my chest gets in the way of hunting. No one wanted to teach me to hunt or mate...so I take up space.." Lillian explained sadly. "I did not do anything all day. So I would watch you and dock humans. My school planned to kill me so I left before they could."
"Eh-." Charis's eyes widened. "What?!" He panicked. "That's not right Lillian. Even if you wanted to go back at this point I wouldn't let you." They said firmly. "That's why I came to you. I hoped you would let me stay."
"I want you to stay." Charis admitted.
"Really?!" She said, her eyes brightening. "Yes, please stay with me." He said softly. "You're free to travel the world, or stay with another, but I'd like if you stayed with me."
"You are the only person I know who does not hate me, and I care for. Of course I will stay with you! You're always so kind to me..." Lillian grinned.
Lillian hugged Charis again. She was so happy Charis would let her stay. She looked forward to a good future together. Even if they didn't stay together forever Lillian would forever appreciate Charis's kindness.
