I am in a bit of a hurry so I decide to take a shortcut.

Why did that woman call me in there? The file was literally on the top shelf like I said.
I sigh and continue walking.

This day has already sucked enough, first we didn't have garlic powder, then I lose my favorite coat (author: they all look the same-), I got called in during my lunch, because the woman who I call a boss is too damn short to reach the top shel-

As I make a turn, I see a group of betas and an alpha in a circle. Even though it peaks my interest, I go by an iconic phrase. None of my business.

I relocate myself on the street so that I won't bump into them.
I really don't have time for that. But my curiosity gets the best of me and I take a quick sneak peak.

I see a black haired man, who has been crying and something in me clicks. Next thing I know, I'm walking towards him.
Then... He passes out. I'm a little speechless, but I continue to walk towards him until I smell it.

The pheromones. H-he's an omega??

I turn my gaze from the omega to the other men.
Betas reactions weren't really that strong, but the Alpha clearly noticed. Now I won't lie, he doesn't really look like he can control himself.

Sigh, This could get ugly real quick. It's not too late to turn around right?
But the group had already noticed my lingering presence so that thing is decided. Here we go.

I cover my nose and bolt towards the omega.
Betas tried to attack me, but a small amount of angry pheromones kept them away.

The alpha doesn't get phased, which honestly, doesn't concern me.
Out of the corner of my eye, I see him walking up to me trying to hit me with a coke can.

I dodge the bottle and grab his skinny arm. Then I flip him around and his back hits the cold hard ground.
I stand right next to him and squat. "You should think twice, with that inadequate brain of yours before touching others", I say as I release more pheromones to make myself clear.

He uncontrollably nods and I turn my head to look at the rest. "So which will it be?"
They all swear they'll never touch him and run away with tails in between their legs.

I look down to the omega and massage my temples. Sigh, what have I gotten myself in to?

I pull my phone out of my pocket and dial the number of my driver "Hey Andres, could you pick me up from **********?"
I hear a little rustling on the other side of the phone. Then he answers "Sure thing, I'm on my way"

I pick up the omega in bridal style and walk towards the end of the alleyway.

My driver pulls up in a black Jaguar XJ and he opens the door to me.

I can see my drivers eyebrow lift from the rearview mirror. "Oh, a visitor?"
I sigh and answer "No Andres, I found him circled by men at the alleyway"

His lips curve into a smirk "Oh, didn't know you went for the ones from the streets"
I roll my eyes and look down at the sleeping omega on my lap. A small smile creeps it's way to my lips.
