Modern Era, Phantomhive manor
Ciel sighed as he rested his head on the desk of his study. Being a 100-year-old demon really was terrible, especially in his line of work. Of course no one knew about his... ailment, (with the exception of his servants) and it was rather easy to hide, if anyone asked about it he just blamed the weird ingredients in his tea and food on his delicate diet because of a mysterious happening in his genetics and capture as a young child.

Ciel didn't want to deal with his paperwork, nor the investigation. While he was only brought in to solve Her Majesties most troubling worries he did get a bit of free time in which he would attend other meetings somewhere else as another person, he would bust drug rings for the sake that he felt the need to. He wasn't a daredevil in his past life but now that he was basically immortal, he could do whatever he wanted, after all, very few people knew how to kill a demon. He had seen dangerous situations and survived them in his mortal life, he believed he could be a bit more careless now in his immortal one.

He tiredly used his hand to try to find the call button on his desk, he wanted Sebastian to do something for him, but he couldn't find it. He slammed his hand around on the table a couple of times before he found it, it was safe to say that his hand was quite sore now.

The butler watched as the bell rang from the kitchen, he had just finished preparing dinner, the butler inwardly sighed, 'here we go again.' His young master rarely ever used the call button any more, it wouldn't be serious either, their contract allowed him to sense whenever his young master was in danger and this wasn't one of those times. He concluded that his young master must simply be bored. And he knew from experience that that wasn't a good combination. A bored demon in charge of a powerful, hungry demon.

He rubbed his hands on a tea towel that he had over his shoulder, and threw it carelessly on the counter top before putting on his blazer again. Funny enough he knew that this would have something to do with the Tom Riddle investigation, something that he didn't want to put his young master in a position to get himself killed. That simply wouldn't do for either him or Ciel.

Sebastian huffed, and he walked through the corridors of the mansion that hadn't changed since the late 18th century, the decor had changed obviously to align with the time period, but that had been it. The structure had been the same since he had first rebuilt it.

Sebastian arrived at the study door he knocked gingerly on the door and would usually wait for a 'come in', whenever he was allowed, which didn't take too long this time. He found Ciel slouching over his desk, a bored look in his eyes. "My lord, you requested me?" he questioned, and he sat up a little straighter, yawning in the process, "Yes I did. I believe it is time that we went searching for the remaining Horcruxes. We have a fair idea of which ones he has left." Sebastian knew which ones his young master was talking about. The snake, the diary and Gauntlet, which were presumed to be destroyed, though he had not checked to make sure.

Sebastian nodded, "I suppose you are correct, my Lord. However, before that, dinner must come first. Do you perhaps believe you can spare the horcrux hunting until after your meal?" Sebastian watched the young master contemplate his decision, he eventually sighed and nodded, although did look quite bored again. He surveyed his young master for a little bit before sighing lightly, "Dinner will be ready in Five minutes. Do you wish to have it here or in the dining room?" Ciel shrugged, curse him and his indecisiveness. "Here will do. I want you to join me in the magical library after dinner to discuss the plans to find the horcruxes." Sebastian nodded, "As you wish, my lord." Ciel waved the butler away and placed his head in his hands, there was so much which was coming to light recently. He could only see the reaction of Lily Potter as he told them that Harry Potter was dead. Her shocked, guilt ridden face accompanied by a quivering bottom lip. He almost cursed himself for being so sharp with the mother.
