11. Nate x Elliot (part 3)

Elliot

Today is Sunday, the day we plan a lot but do nothing. I woke up at 12 pm and scrolled through Instagram.

Nate jacobs requested to follow you. Whatt!

Also there was a message request. Yes it was Nate.

Nate : Hey! Elliot I wanted to say sorry about earlier. Your hair is not shit :) I think it's cool.

Elliot : Thats fine Nate and thank you :)

Nate : Do you wanna hangout ?

Elliot : yeah cool.

Nate : meet me at 5 near school.

Elliot : sure thing.

I don't know why my heart was pumping so fast. I wanted to look the best today. It wasn't a date tho, just a friendly meeting.

...

I was waiting for him where he asked me to. I saw his tall, mascular figure approaching towards me. He looked handsome..

"Hey" He waved at me from a distance.
I waved back.

"So there's this Cafe nearby..do you wanna go there? Or we go somewhere el-

I cut him off " No that's fine..we can go to the cafe." He nodded.

Nate

Elliot was nicely dressed and I felt underdressed. But who cares.

We saw an unoccupied table in the cafe and sat there . Then a young waitress came to take our order.

"Pumpkin spice latte for me" Elliot ordered.

" 2 pumpkin spice latte" I smiled and she nodded and smiled back.

"Okay sooo.." Elliot started.

"Yup?"

" how are you feeling today?" He asked me.

" good I guess...I feel more confident about myself... also I don't give a fuck about Maddy anymore.."

" Well that's really good, you're moving on."

We talked for a little while. He asked me about my game tomorrow...

It was nice meeting him. He also told me that he plays guitar and also writes songs sometimes.

He's not that bad...

Elliot

It was a fun day... after sunset, we went to the nearby park and we both were sitting on the swings, talking about life and how hard it can be sometimes.

Then the sext moment we were laughing on my silly jokes . I've never seen him being so happy. I tried holding his hand and he let me do it.

It was 8 pm. But I didn't want to go home and stay isolated with my thoughts again. I wanted to stay here , with Nate.

When we were walking out of the park.

He asked me "so did you like it?"

"It's been one of the best days in my life Nate"

He smiled and I didn't realize we were still holding hands. I felt protected with him.

I had this feeling in my heart...and I took his face in my hands and stood up on my toes. Now my lips were inches away from his. I could feel his warm breath on my face.

I listened to my heart and kissed him.

He kissed me back. Yes Nate Jacobs kissed me back. Our lips were syncing together in motion and it felt like heaven.

Suddenly he pulled back and without saying goodbye or even looking back he left.

My heart was shattered. I felt so bad for doing this. Everything was going good but no you have to create problems. I said to myself.

I went home and laid down for a moment.
My phone buzzed.
It was Rue. She said she wanted me meet me.

I met Rue and we were on good terms again. Tho I didn't tell her about that night bc there's no point of telling that. They are not together anymore also that was a mistake, to which we both agree.

I sent a message to check up on Nate. But he didn't see it.

Elliot : Hey Nate, it was nice meeting you. Also I'm sorry for what happened. I shouldn't have done that.

1:00 am

Nate: you don't have to apologize. It's just it was different from others. Like I haven't kissed a boy before..

Elliot : thank God you're not mad at me. I was so worried.

Nate : don't worry. Sleep well.

Kissing Elliot was weird but nice. It feels good when someone kisses you surprisingly. It was a gentle kiss. I felt something different but I was ashamed to look back at him. So I decided to leave..
