Katie's pov
Todays the last friday before spring break which is so beyond exciting. school just ended and im looking for Jaden and Javon, Jayla was outside waiting for us in the car. i decided to call Jaden, i went to my contacts and searched for his name "Jay <3", i found his name hitting call
he answered "where tf are you i've been looking for five strait minutes"
he laughed "right behind you dummy" i turned around to see Javon and Jaden laughing their asses off
"you guys are stupid, how long have you been behind me" i questioned
"literally since you left your locker" javon spoke up still laughing
"your both idiots" i said walking out the door, javon always got front seat so when i exited the school building i began running to the car.
"wait kate this is so not fair" javon said running after me
i jumped into the car locking the door "you lose you snooze" i yelled sticking my tongue out at him
he got into the back seat and looked at me "i always get front seat
"yeah that's the problem, it's my turn" i rolled my eyes
jaden got into the car and looked at me and then javon "you guys are like fucking toddlers"
"i agree" jayla said pulling out of the school
"shut up" me and Javon said in sync
"anyways should we go live" i spoke pulling my phone out of my pocket
"yeah" jayla said concentrating on the road
i started the live and put my phone up on the dash so the viewers could see all four of us
"the big question is what in tf are we gonna do for spring break" jaden said playing with my hair from the back seat
"well for the last week Dj said we were gonna go to the Bahamas so the first weeks gonna be so bored" i said going through the comments
"we have to do something im not just sitting in the house for a week strait" javon said rolling his eyes
"guys what should we do" jayla spoke towards the live
i was scrolling through the comments and i came across one that said, go on a road trip
"oh my god whoever said to go on a road trip your an absolute genius" i spoke looking at my group of friends
"dude yes" jaden said from the back seat
"i agree" javon said
"me to" jayla spoke turning onto my street
"okay so i'll get a bag packed and you guys pack too, jaden i know you'll need help because your literally handicapped" i rolled my eyes "so i'll help you pack"
"hey, that's not nice" jaden said with a sarcastic frown
(guys im shuffling a random playlist on apple music and we don't talk about bruno came on 😭) (anyways back to the story)
"yeah, yeah, yeah, we all know it's true" i said as everyone including jaden shook his head "okay i love you guys i'll be over in a couple hours" i said reaching in the back to give jaden a kiss "love you my handicapped boy" i oped my door and got out, and to my surprise jaden got out to "what are you doing" i said turning around
"your gonna help me pack so why don't i just help you and then we can go pack my things" he said snaking his hands around my waist
"sounds good" i smiled pecking his lips and turning to go inside my house

we had finished packing both of our things and i was going downstairs to get something to drink before we went to bed. i saw daelo on the couch and he looked up at me "KATIE" he yelled jumping off the couch and running to hug me
"MUMPS" i yelled hugging him back "whatcha doing buddy" i said crouching so i was on his level
"watching Encanto, can you watch it with me" he said giving me puppy dog eyes
"sure mumps let me just tell jaden" i said walking back upstairs into Jadens room
"hey jay im gonna watch a movie with daelo"
"what, but i want to lay with you" he spoke also giving me puppy dog eyes
"you can watch it with us" i said sitting on his lap
"but i want to hang out with just me and you" he said with a sarcastic frown
"well we're gonna be on a road trip for a while and mumps won't be able to see us for a while" i said standing up
"your right, whatever" he grabbed my hand and walked down stairs
daelo shot his head up and pointed at jaden "no go back up stairs, just me and katie"
i laughed and jaden walked towards him "wanna fight little man" he said walking towards daelo
"yes i really do" he stood up and put his fists up making me laugh even more
"she's mine mumps" he said going to tickle daelo
"katie- he-help me" he said between laughter
"get off of my little man" i said going to tickle jaden
"kat-katie sto-stop im so- serious" he said also laughing
i stoped and he ran to tickle me, i ran towards the kitchen turning on the sink and grabbing the hose for it "jaden i swear to god i will spray you" i said pointing it at him
" get him katie " daelo said running and hugging my waist trying to pretext himself from jaden
"okay, okay truce" jaden said putting his hands up walking back
"promise" i said putting my pinky out
"promise" he said locking his finger in mine, he pulled me closer to him and kissed me
"yucky" daelo said going to sit on the couch
me and jaden just looked at him and laughed, i grabbed his hand and pulled him to the couch

halfway through the movie i heard faint snores i looked over to see daelo asleep i smiled and looked up at jaden "i love you" i said kissing him
"i love you too baby" he said kissing my forehead
"memories like this make me feel so very lucky to be apart of your entire family" i meant it to i loved jadens whole family and the memories i've made with these people make my heart feel so whole
"we're lucky to have you" he said kissing me
i grabbed him by the neck deepening our kiss
"kate mumps right there" he breathed out in between kisses
"yeah" i pulled away pretty much out of breath
"wait i didn't tell you to stop" he said, i smacked his chest and laughed "im serious i didn't ask you to stop" he said grabbing my face and pulling me towards him, i obviously kissed him back. i was placed in his laps while his hands roamed my body and my hands were placed right under his jaw line
i heard foot steps so i obviously pulled away from our kiss and whispered "someone's coming down here"
"yeah so" he said pulling me back and a few seconds later we hear
"are you fucking on the couch we all sit on, like are you kidding me" he smirked at us
"we're not fucking" i said glaring at javon
"liar, go fuck in ur room jaden" he said looking over to see daelo "AND RIGHT NEXT TO MUMPS"
"javon he's asleep stop yelling and we weren't fucking oh my god" i said getting off of jadens lap, im gonna go change" i said pecking his lips and walking up the stairs
