Chapter 01 - "I Thought it was a dead person"

Y/N POV
I was just sitting on the grassland near a river when my eyes caught something very odd, usually lily pads would there but today there's something odd. My curiosity took over me and i walk near the river to take a better look. I tilted my head in confusion on what's that thing, the river wasn't flowing that hard so I fold my pants up to my knee and remove my shoes. As i walk down the river, i reached out for that thing and immediately recognised it was a DEAD PERSON! In panic, i pulled the body on the grassland to make sure if he's still alive. I put a finger under his nose and didn't feel anything, I then turn to check on his pulse and luckily he's still alive. I did a quick CPR on him and as i was about to press my lips on to his, I heard someone yelling

"MISS!!" A white haired boy yelled while running towards me

"M-miss, I'm s-sorry about this" he said still catching his breath

"Please call an ambulance!" I said trying to maintain my shaky voice as i thought he'd suspected for killing this guy

"N-no it's ok-" I interrupted him

"OK?! Are you insane?!! This guy is gonna die if you don't call an ambulance right now!" I yelled at the boy

"Listen to me first please, I know that guy he's my friend and it just happens that he's committing suicide earlier right here again and you somehow found him" He explained

"He committed suicide!?! That's WORST!!" I yelled again

" N-no- I mean he's gonna wake up soon" He said calming me down

"Huh?!" I said in confusion

"That guy you're holding right now has an ability" He said pointing at the DEAD GUY

"He's an ability user too" I said looking down on the body, while having a flashback of my memories of my family who had called me names just because i don't have one. And that totally distracted me from the fact that the person I'm holding is still alive

"Damn you Atsushi-kun" The "DEAD" guy whispered and i immediately push him back on the river in shock

"AHH!!" I shrieked

"Dazai-san!" the white haired boy screamed and help that guy out of the water

"Why'd you do that for?" The guy asked while walking back

"I-I'M SO SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME MISTER!!" I bowed

"It's ok it's my fault anyways" He shrugged and put his hands on my shoulder

"Are you ok?" the white haired boy asked

"Damn you Atsushi-kun, this pretty girl could've given me a kiss if it weren't for you" He said and playfully punched him

"Hehe sorry Dazai-san" He said while rubbing the back of his head

"So you're just pretending?" I asked and crossed my arms

"Nope, I was really about to die but then you saved me so thank you" He said as he knelt down on one knee and kissed the back of my hand

Atsushi's POV:
If it's a beautiful girl who interrupted his suiciding, It's called SAVING but when i saved him, he told me i INTERRUPTED his suicide?!

POV:
"Uhh it's ok i guess" I said snatching back my hands away from him

"I'm impressed on how you managed to saved Dazai-san's life, Where'd you learn it from?" He asked

"Oh i learn it from school, you should've known that because it's being taught in every school" I said raising an eyebrow at him

"Oh right hehe" He said

"How about i treat you for saving my life hm?" He said smirking

As musch as i hated guys smirking at me and the urge of me punching this guys face is rising, i reluctantly said yes and went on a convenient store

"So What's your name?" The brown haired guy asked

"I'm Y/N L/N" I said before taking a scoop of ice cream

"How old are you and are you still in school?" He asked again

"I'm Y/A and yes I'm still in school" I said rolling my eyes

"Oh What do you plan after graduating?" He asked again, At this point I'm starting to get annoyed

"I'm planing to be a nurse someday" I said in annoyance

"That explains why" The white haired boy said

Now it's my turn to ask them questions despite against my annoyance towards this brown haired guy

"How about you guys, What are your names?" I asked

"I'm Dazai Osamu, The most attractive member of the Armed Detective Agency at your service" He said and winked at me. I rolled my eyes in disbelief

"And you?" I turn to look at the white haired boy

"Oh I'm Atsushi Nakajima, Dazai-san's co-worker at the agency, I'm 18 years old by the way" He said and chuckled

"Ok Atsushi-san, How about you Dazai-san what's your age?" I turn to look at him again

"Take a guess" He said

"Hmm, base on how Atsushi-san called you earlier.... you're at your 20's right?" I said confidently

"Maybe" He said calmly

"You don't look like anywhere near 27 so I'm guessing 22...right?" I said hesitating on my words

"Wow good guess Y/N-chan!" He said and patted my head

"Uhm Y/N-chan, You told us that you want to be a nurse someday right?" Atsushi-san asked

"Yeah why?" I said raising an eyebrow

"Well, Yosano-sensei did told me that she needs a another nurse since her nurse right now is slacking off sometimes, so might as well recommend you to her" He said smiling. I almost jump in joy when i heard him mentioning Yosano-sensei's name

"Really?!" I asked and i bet he can see stars on my eyes

"Yeah" He said and i excitedly finish my food

"I'm done!" I said and Dazai-san chuckled

"What's so funny?" I asked and he lifted my chin

"You have something on your face" He said and wiped it off as my face turn bright red

"T-thank you" I said looking away in embarassment

After eating as Atsushi-san said, we went at the Armed Detective Agency's building

"Here's the main office" Atsushi-san said and opened the door for us

"We're back!"

"Welcome back" a dark haired girl wearing a red kimono greeted us
