~Year 251~
It's been a decade since the Guardian of Civilization has been alive and she of all the Divines knows it is impossible for there to always be peace. She has learned that no matter what, there will always be Chaos. But she has also learned that people have what they call Hope; and with Hope, Despair follows.
And throughout these years it seems Mumei's defense mechanism has done too much on her brain and happens whenever it feels like she doesn't need to remember or know certain things.
Every year on Mumei's first day of existence she reports back to Creation on how Civilization is doing.
In "The Domain of Creations"
Creation: So Mumei... How is everything? Everything good?
Mumei: Yeah! Everything's fine. I just wish that there was someone that could at least control all this madness, y'know? Like how Fauna can kinda control Nature... or like how Kronii can make Time either move forward or backwards or stop... or like how Sana can control gravity and Space stuff. That'd be cool.
Creation: *Sigh* I think I've given up on humanity to survive, Mumei. They're a failed project. I should've never made them in the first place. I'm sorry...
Mumei: Why? Why are you talking like this? This isn't the God of Creation I know... I still have Hope in them... I still have Hope that they'll eventually realize what they're doing is wrong... And that all they're creating is Chaos and Despair in these Wars... *On the verge of tears*
Creation: You're right... Sorry Mumei... You're dismissed. *Snap*
Mumei was put back on Earth near a village
Creation: *I have to fix this... If she still has Hope... wait... Hope. Chaos. And Despair. I got it.*
*Disappears*
~Year 252~
Creation: Hello Mumei! Still have Hope in the Humans?
Mumei: Hello! Yup!! The Wars have gone down a bit since last year. But it seems the humans have lost Hope in themselves for quite a while...
Creation: That's Good! Hey Mumei... What if, let's say, the Humans have a Deity or an Embodiment for Chaos, Hope and Despair to control it all? Do you think that would help?
Mumei: What did you do? Another side project? For your actual project?
Creation: Well... why don't you say hello to the girls? The embodiment of Chaos: Hakos Baelz and the embodiment of Hope and Despair: IRyS...
Mumei: *Sigh* of course... *Ahem* Hello ladies! I'm Nanashi Mumei! The Guide or Guardian of Civilization! Nice to meet you!
*BOOM*Dust appears*
Mumei: Uhh? Hello?
*Dust disappears*
Kronii: Hello Guardian. Nice to finally meet you in person. Hello to you too Chaos... Hope and Despair... I'm the Warden of Time: Ouro Kronii. You may just call me Kronii.
Baelz & IRyS: Hello-
*Another Boom*
Sana: Hello Kronii~nii, Meimei, Bae, IRyS! I'm the Speaker of Space! Tsukumo Sana! And with me I brought FauFau!!
Fauna: Hello. I'm Ceres Fauna. I'm the Keeper of Nature, basically Mother Nature. Nice to meet you all finally; Mumei, Baelz, IRyS.
Mumei: Huh? How do you know us when we haven't even introduced ourselves to you all... they were literally just made... *Confused expression*
Omegaα: Simple. We're all Deities. Made by Master Creation to somehow have the ability to know the unknown of what we didn't know but do. Confusing for most but that's the simplest way to explain it.
Phoenix.One: *Nods*
Mumei: AAAAAHHHHHHHhhhhhhhuuuuuuu...??? Where did you come from...?
Omegaα: I don't need a fancy dramatic 'boom' to enter a room or dimension.
Kronii: You'll get used to it...
Sana: We also helped Master Creation make you.

Calliope: *Monotone* Hello everyone. Death's First Apprentice: Mori Calliope at your service. Death Sensei has informed me that there will be an important meeting taking place here; *Bowing slightly* and that I might be needed?
Creation: Yes, All of you are needed for what I'm about to say.
*Bursting through the doors*
Expansion: We've arrived.
Time: You weren't going to start without us were you?
Creation: Ha Ha! No, no. I knew you two would 'be right on Time' *Pft*Ahem*
*Now in the Dimension of Creations* Creation, Time, Expansion, Omegaα with their companion Phoenix.One, Kronii, Sana, Fauna, Calliope, Mumei, Baelz, and IRyS.
Creation: Now on to business. *Serious*Sits on throne made of an unknown substance* We're leaving this universe in your protection. And in order for us to leave we have to make sure a Council is in order.
Time: *Standing on the right of the Throne* Just like Me, Creation, and Expansion.
Expansion: *Standing on the left of the Throne* With one of you a leader, like Creation to us.
