On March 7 KST, her agency P NATION released an official statement confirming that the idol found out that she has tested positive for COVID-19 earlier that day.
Over the weekend, HyunA began feeling unwell and had a mild fever, so she took both a rapid antigen test and PCR test and tested positive. The agency also added that the idol previously received two rounds of vaccination. All scheduled appointments have been canceled as she quarantines and focuses on recovery at home.
The agency assured fans that they will do their best to ensure her speedy recovery and are complying with quarantine guidelines.
