Ananya was really excited for her dinner with Mahi. She decided to tell Virat she was supposed to go to dinner with her friend. Because Mahi could be spotted by media and which would put them in trouble.
They reached the restaurant and Mahi had booked an isolated corner were they could get some privacy.
An awkward silence prevailed where no one knew what to speak.
"So...." Mahi started
"Yeah?"
"Umm I wanted to say something to you."
"Say na"
"Actually I like you. No I love you will you be my girlfriend?"
Ananya was shocked for a while before responding
"OMG!!!!!! Mahi yes ofcourse!! I had a crush on since our short convo"
"I had before that. I had heard about you from Virat! Also Ro suggested you might like me so..."
"Yes! I do like you!"
"Before we go ahead.. umm will Virat accept our relationship?"
" I have the same concern actually. Its natural from a brother's point of view vaise. I mean it's like his best friend and his little sister. I was suggesting if we keep it a secret and tell him a bit later??"
"I am fine with it. But if he finds out later he is going to not like it."
"We can explain like we didn't knew if it would work out so we didn't tell anyone."
"It's going to work out!"
"Yes Mahi it is going to, this is just to tell him"
"Umm ok fine"
"So.. yes.. also that day I saw you and I felt some calming influence or warmth. I had just heard about you having that aura from people I got to actually experience that."
"In my case Virat kept telling me stories about how monkey you are! How you are always happy and have some mischief in your mind and you are supported by Ro. That's the time I felt ki I have to meet this person looks like some interesting character." Ananya laughs at this
"Virat bhaiya used to tell you stories about me??"
"Yes. Ro used to irritate Virat and he used to complaint to me, ki like see how he is irritating me. This guy and my sister always team up to irritate me"
Ananya laughed
" Irritating him is our entertainment!! It's fun he gets angry and we love to add fuel to it"
"Poor Virat"
"Hahaha"
"Yes he behaves like a kid in front of me"
"Hahah really"
Ananya was happy that she found a genuine guy, when she was not ready to even be in a relationship.
Ananya got up and hugged Mahi tight and he hugged her back and kissed her on her head.
As they returned to hotel Ananya went directly to her room making sure no one spotted them.
Most of the team members were in Virat's room including Ro.
"Ro you are here!! Where is your phone??? I tried to call you!! Coming to the terrace for a while??"
"Sure let's go!"
As they reached the terrace Ro was excited to know how it went
"So how did it go????"
"It was amazing!!!!!! OMG I am so happyyyy!!"
"I am happy for you tooooo!!!!!!"
Ro hugged her.
They strolled for a while before they retired to thier rooms.
Virat noticed Ananya was extra happy
"Ana? Are you okay? Why are you so happy or dreamy now??"
"Nothing bhaiya! Its just that I felt good after meet Tanu after long."
"You meet her almost all the time. How is it after long time?"
"Yes but recently it reduced na! She got busy before leaving so didn't get a chance to meet her. But she came here so I is happy!.
"Okay! Now sleep."
"Ok"
Ananya hugged Virat tight before going to sleep. Virat kissed her forehead.
Ananya laid her head on Virat's lap. Virat gave her head massage which put her to calming sleep.
"My baby sister. Will you ever grow up? No be just the way you are!" Virat thought to himself.
Virat was always fond of her and protective when it came to her. For Ananya he was her human shield a protector and the person she felt the most safe with and the most important person in her life.
