"Well?", She insisted 'Think of something dammit!' "I scraped my hand on the way to the great hall this morning", i said, it was a stupid lie but, for some reason, it worked. "Oh, do you want to go to the hospital wing it looks very red?", She said worryingly "You worry to much 'mione, it's just a little red it's gonna be fine", i said laughing at how worried she looked "I guess you're right"
"Anyways, I'm gonna go to class now, i wanna be a bit early so I can make sure I don't have to sit at the front again." "Alright see you late N/N", Said Hermione "Bye Y/N", said Ron and Harry, once again, in sinc.
With that i walked away not realizing someone overheard our conversation
George pov.
I looked at Fred, he nodded and we stood up and walked after Y/N.
We overheard their conversation with Hermione and even though they're a great liar, we knew that they weren't telling the truth.
We catched up to them and both said "Hey Y/N", they jumped a bit then turned around, "Bloody hell guys, you scared me", they said.
"We heard you talking about what happened to your hand with Hermione and we know w that you lied.", Fred said "Really i just scraped my hand", she said nervously "Stop lying", i said now getting a bit angry
She sighed "fine… i got it from detention with Umbridge" "But you said you just had to write lines?" Fred aus a bit confused "Well yes, but she had this special quill that wrote the words into the back of my hand and it was writing with my own blood", they said
Me and Fred looked at her (Like this 👁️👄👁️)
"Why didn't you tell us!?", I said angrily "I didn't want you guys to get hurt", they said sadly.
Me and Fred sighed "So? Did you calm down?", They asked "Yeah, yeah", we answered.
"Good I'm going to class now, bye", they said, running off. "Hey- what- wait!", I yelled after her but she was already gone.

Ughhhhh I was in the middle of detention with Umbridge and it was sooo boring. I mean yeah my hand was hurting from being cut open every few seconds, but I honestly didn't care anymore.
Trying to pass sometime I looked out the window while continuing to write 'I must not hex my teachers' i would have started drawing some stuff on the parchment but I didn't want that to be engraved in my hand forever.
After a while of just staring out the window and writing, Umbridge, once again, called me and Harry to her desk to check on our hands and, being happy with the results, she sent us off back to our dorms.
Harry and I parted ways and went to our individual common rooms, once i was in mine I started doing homework, we had so much i was surprised I actually had time for a few hours of sleep after I was done.

I slowly opened my eyes, sitting up, I realized that most of the others in the dorm already woke up and left. Padma was still fixing her uniform but was also about to leave.
Looking outside I saw the sun slowly coming out. I stood up, went to the bathroom doing my morning routine, walking out of the bathroom, I saw the last person in the dorm slowly waking up.
I walked into the common room and went over to Luna and Cho, we walked to the great hall together sat down and ate breakfast.

A/N: hey guys! sorry for not updating in a while, my grandma died so i had to take a break and then i didn't have any motivation. But! I'm back and I'll try to write more often. Also sorry for the short chapter I didn't know what to write.
