I walked upstairs to get Aaliyah that's when I saw her putting on makeup and I started pacing

"Hell naw. Hell, naw, Hell to the naw !"
Aaliyah: "Are you done ?"
"Hell no"

Aaliyah: "I don't have time for this"
She took off her robe and I saw her with a fitted dress on that hugged her in all the right places causing me to fall in love all over again . Something she didn't know is that...I'm in love with her she's the best things that's ever happened to me

"Wow. You know what ? It's them shoes. I should've known something was up when I saw those shoes. Those are hoe shoes"
Aaliyah: "They're Teddys"

"Exactly! You know I can't believe you lied to me. Liar"
She stood up look at me and crossed her arms as if she was my mom

Aaliyah: "You really wanna talk about lying in this relationship ?"
"Damn woman. Why you still living in the past ? Move on"

Aaliyah: "This isn't easy for me, I've never been on a date before"
"Aaliyah come on please don't leave I don't think it's safe fo-"

Aaliyah: "Byee !"

                          ~HOURS LATER~
                               4:30AM
"YO ! WHERE THE FUCK IS AALIYAH ?!"
Rashad: "I don't fucking know nigga !"

"WHO IS IT ?!"
Aaliyah: "HELP ME PLEASE ! Help !!"

I ran to the door and opened it to see Aaliyah crawl in the house, covered in dirt, dress torn, coughing blood, breathing heavy and blood on the bottom of her feet

"Liyah ? Jesus Christ Liyah what happened ? Speak to me Babygirl !"
Aaliyah: "H-he raped me"

"Oh hell naw ! RASHAD !"

He ran downstairs with two guns ready for war
Rashad: "What happened blood ?"

He looked down and saw Aaliyah in the condition that she was in. He looked at me in my eye and nodded. Now, what this meant is was that I stayed here while he went to go kill King and I understood

Rashad ran out the house and started the car as I helped Aaliyah up to get her cleaned
"Cmon Liyah "

I gently picked her up, walked upstairs, laid her in the bed then she was balling her eyes out I mean seriously it was outrageous I've never in my life seen a person cry so hard in my life

Aaliyah: "I should've listened to you, you were right. I should've stayed here with you and Rashad. I'm so sorry Pac I'm sorry"

"No, no, no Babygirl don't be sorry"
I hugged her close and kissed her forehead

"I'm just really wanna happy your okay. But we WILL go to the hospital tomorrow to get you checked out I don't care what you say I gotta make sure my princess is okay"

Aaliyah: "I don't know how I'm gonna get passed this"
I sat her up and looked into her eyes, filled with tears and redness

"I promise, I will do anything in my power to keep you safe I'm never ever ever I mean never letting you out of my sight ever again"

For the rest of the night we cuddled, hearing her sniffs and her struggling to breathe makes me so mad and sad at the same time. How could I let this happen ? I'm supposed to guard her but I didn't but for now on she is my princess and I have to protect her at all costs

"It's okay Babygirl I got you"
Aaliyah: "Whats the strangest dream you've ever had ?"

"A cop that wears way too much red lipstick and eats raisin band"

She giggled and turn her body to him then looked into his eyes
Aaliyah: "How'd you come up with that ?"

"Well, see. I had this dream, when I was like a-heh and then I was like a-heh.....I just came up with it"
Aaliyah: "Pac..I like you.."

"Really ? Why ?"
Aaliyah: "I like you because your creative, funny, intelligent, your special"

"Special huh ? I don't know about that"
Aaliyah: "I wish you could see what I see"

I looked into her eyes and kissed all her bruises as she leaned forward and our lips touched
