Rock bottom

7 1 1

I knew I'd hit rock bottom when my pen felt to heavy to pick up

When my hands shook to much to pick up the phone and answer

When talkning to my friends felt almost impossible without starting to cry

I knew I'd hit rock bottom when I got exhausted from crying for just a minute

When every little sound made me flinch

When i got scared to talk to my parents

I knew I'd hit rock bottom when I became tired of living

Ever little thing I did drained me from all my energy

Just breathing became something hard too do

And my chest and heart felt like they would explode if I did one thing wrong or if I did one thing too much.
