Love And Family
Shekhar wakes up, rubbing his eyes and smiles, finding his papa sleeping beside him. He turns to Parvati and says, gently shaking her, "mumma, Parvati mumma..."
Parvati opens her eyes and looks confused at Shekhar who is sitting in front of her.
"Mumma, bhook lagi hai," Shekhar says.
Parvati checks the time on her mobile, it's 5 in the morning. Suyash's sleep is broken by Shekhar's voice and asks, "kya hua?"
"Shekhar ko bhook lagi hai main usay dhood dedeti hoon aap so jaiye," Parvati replies, getting out of bed. She brings Shekhar downstairs. She warms the milk and gives it to Shekhar. She sits beside him at the dining table and smiles looking at him as he sips milk from his mug.
"Aur kuch chahiye?" She asks as he finishes his milk. He nods no. "Kya tum roz aise subah uth te ho?" Parvati asks. "Haan mumma," he replies, "aur Rosie didi bhi daily milk peene deti thi aap ki tarah."
Parvati smiles and learns that he has a habit of waking up early in the morning and drinking milk. Both come back to the room.
"Tumhare papa itni jaldi phir se so bhi gaye," Parvati says. Shekhar giggles. "Hum bhi thodi der so jaate hai."
Shekhar nods his head in yes as he too feels sleepy. He lies between ParYash and snuggles to Parvati. She smiles, caresses his head and falls asleep along with him.
Later on Parvati comes to the exercise room where every morning Suyash follows his exercising routine. She smiles looking at Suyash and Shekhar while rubbing her wet hair with the towel. Suyash is doing pushups and Shekhar is sitting on his back.
"8...9...10..." Shekhar does counting on his dad's pushup. Suyash flumps on the exercise mat feeling exhausted. "Papa, utho sirf 10 counting par aap tired hogaye," Shekhar says.
"Beta, pata nahi tumhari counting 10 par kitni baar ruki hai," Suyash says as Shekhar counts till ten and then he would start counting again from 1. Parvati giggles seeing the father and son duo.
"Mr.Mehra, uthiye aur nahne jaiye," Parvati says entering the room. "Shekhar, aaj tumhare papa tumhe nah layenge ab jaldi jao kamre mein."
Shekhar gets up from Suyash and runs out excitedly. Suyash comes to Parvati and hesitates while saying, "main tumse kuch baat karna chahta hoon..." Parvati looks at him, paying him attention. "Kal raat jo hua...Mera matlab hamare beech... nahi hona chahiye tha I'm sorry."
Parvati realizes she has not yet confessed her love for him and it's obvious that he would feel guilty for getting intimate with her. She should tell him soon about her feelings, she thinks and says, "it's okay, Mr.Mehra, ab jaiye jaldi nah lijiye aaj hamein bahut kaam hai."
Suyash is glad she is not upset with him regarding last night.
"Papa! Chalo..." Shekhar says, peeking his head into the room. "Haan jaiye, Mr.Mehra," Parvati pushes Suyash out of the room.
Parvati checks the breakfast prepared by the cook, it's almost ready, she prepares tea and gives it to her nani and goes back to ParYash room. She combs her hair and wears her earrings and smiles when Shekhar wrapped in a towel comes out of the bathroom. She kneels to talk to him. "Mera baby nah kar fresh aur kitna handsome lag raha hai," she says. Shekhar smiles. While Suyash is taking a bath Parvati dresses Shekhar and asks, "aaj main aur tumhare papa tumhara room taiyar karenge hamari help karoge na?"
"Haan, mumma," Shekhar says, happily.
ParYash finishes breakfast and goes shopping with Shekhar and nani stays at home. ParYash purchases everything to Shekhar's liking; bedroom furniture, wallpapers, wall paints etc.
